Close to BTS station and easy to get to downtown or out of the town

The location is good. It is beside the BTS rail - allows for quick and economical access to many areas of Bangkok.

The rooms are extremely small. We had a King corner room and it was small. The lighting in the rooms is not user friendly. The safe is on the floor in a nook, you need to be on your hands and knees to access it. The main issue was-no hot water. In the five days we had one warm shower, the rest were cold. We left early, and because we used Booking.com for our reservation, the hotel has refused to give us a refund for the unused nights. Honestly I am surprised that the Best Western hotel chain associates their name with this facility.

The location that is very closed to train station.

The cleanliness was affected because we had breakfast, and there were jams that accidentally slid on the table. For our 3-day stay, the said jam was there and had never been wiped out.

My second time stay here, and Still my favorite hotel for convenience with travel.

Shower needs fixing.

It's good value for the money. The metro station is practically next door, which is very convenient.Small street stalls, businesses and bars with great food. A couple of shopping malls nearby as well.The staff is excellent. The room is comfy enough and it's quiet.

The location of the hotel is okay. It's a tad far from Sukhumvit, if you plan to visit the area frequently. When you step outside, the traffic can be noisy.Controlling the shower's water temperature can be tricky sometimes. More often than not I had to adjust the handle several times before the water stopped coming out either too hot or too cold.

the location is excellent!!!it is located a few meters away fron the BTS Station "Sanam Pao"....the bed was very comfortable....the air-condition good power.....the bed had 2 pillows each side(i liked it a lot!!!)...the bathroom it was good(i write after what i didnt like)...the toilet had door that separates from the shower(i liked it a lot!!!)in the lobby had a little gym and i saw a room that yoy can play with Playstation!!!has a mini fridge and has bathroom robes....has TV(normal size)..and a little desk.....The room not too big but clean and tidy...

beacause i am big guy i could not close the glass door from the shower!!!the shower was mall!!no balcony...no swimming pool....no closet(just some hangers in the wall)...the pressure of the water in the toilet(to clean your "behind") not strong pressure and in the shower the water suddenly change from cold to hot and back again...

Located near a bus stop and train station, with hassle-free check-in and check-out.

For this type of hotel, there should be a laundry room with coin-operated machines.

The location is very convenient to public transportation and to convenient store.

There is no cabinet.

The place is right there where the BTS station, supper convenient to travel to many places. Staffs very nice, room clean everyday.

Small room but didn’t bother me.

Directly in front of Sanam Pao BTS. Easy travelling. 7-11 just few shops away so it is very convenient to get food, drinks & snacks even at midnight. Staff always ready to assist.

Coffee machine in the room with 2 coffe capsules a day. Hotel located at the BTS station, extremely convenient. Room very clean, Mini bar free including 2 sodas and 1 bag of chips. Staff very friendly.

The walls must be very thin. I could hear everything the room next to me was doing and also who was walking outside so I ended up waking up from all the noises.

Location good, room design nice, easy to reach to BTS sky train.

Convenient to travel, shops, restaurants. Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Room was a bit small, not much space for suitcases for two people. A directory of local information would have been helpful.

- Location SUPERB! It’s is just in front on SanamPao BTS station, and approximately 4 station from Siam stagion. - There is a 24 hours 7-11 few steps away.- Quiet and less crowded location.- Room was standard but they provide all amenities, fresh towels change everyday, mini fridge and they provide all shampoo, body wash and CONDITIONER too!!! - I travel with my mom the location save a lot of energy for elderly to walk for long distances.

- The day Female receptionist staff was not friendly at all. Not smile no facial expression as in she was force to come to work.- Another Male receptionist is a little better but not approachable, both definitely not Thai standards. - Main while the staff in the cafe is much friendlier and approachable!!!! Imagine! - Bath room smell damp and mound was found around also on the ceiling. Same happened for both rooms that we booked. I think overall the hotel is greet, those minor issues can be fixed if the manager willing to look into it. Anyway, I enjoy my stay with this hotel.
