The infinity pool, the views from our hotel room, and the room was so clean and cozy

The location is a bit far from city center

The location was amazing.

They did not have a kign bed available for us and they told us that housekeeping would come up and push the twin beds together. We assumed that they would change the sheets but they just came in and pushed the beds together with no new linens.

The door in the room I stayed was always made noise everytime other guestrooms shut their door so I could not sleep well. However, after the second day of stat, the maintenance department came to fix it. But I still can hear the door bump but not much.

The views are really nice.

It's a bit far from city centre. Some of the staffs are racists. The hotel treats people differently based on their nationalities. Overall, I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is slightly outside of the core downtown area, but if you enjoy boat rides as much as we do, it’s the perfect choice! There’s free river boats going to the Saphan Taksin station as well as the Iconsiam shopping center. We had the panorama view room which was great, and the rooftop pool, bar and restaurants have simply amazing vies.

If you keep the A/C on, there will be condensation outside of the view in the morning, blocking your room view.

We loved the location and the river-front views (we paid extra for an upgraded view) and the rooftop pool and breakfasts were amazing! The free boat shuttle every 30 minutes to a nearby pier was great for transfer to the hop-on/hop-off tourist boat and to the skytrain for visiting tourist destinations and the airport. The staff were very helpful.

Location is across the river from the downtown so it is time-consuming to get downtown especially with traffic.

Friendly customer service and clean facility. Rooms were nice and good view and interesting design with sliding separation barrier for looking at view from sink. Bathroom and shower was nice. Helpful concierge service with opening door and bringing luggage to the room.

If you look at the room ceiling and walls, you'll see deficiencies and marks there. If you don't look up, then it's not that noticeable. Breakfast people didn't help much with explaining the egg selection or hearing special requests like allergies.

Breakfast selection was excellent and had choices for everyone. Pool view was magnificent. Location was close to all of the attractions we wanted to see.

Fees for 3rd person in our room was something we didn't expect to pay extra for . I relate the charge to the American resort fees which is killing their industry for a few extra bucks.

The views and the pool was incredible. Also very handy having lots of lovely restaurants close by and the shuttle boat was helpful.

The location was a little way out of town. Pillows were a little uncomfortable to sleep on.

Such a nice hotel with everything you need and more. The rooftop bar is amazing and has such a great view. Everything was clean and the staff was very kind.
