As it was writen on Booking. com Its siynd prove room. turn out I heard everything from next door even door was closed. For the breakfast as its writen on the door of resturant 6.00 am-10.30 am. by the time we reach there at 10.00 everything just closed also we went there at 9.30 all stuff try to move everything out. We are on vacation we dont do thing in hurry. We also saw other couble both came after us. The staff ib resturant said its already close.

The restaurant and Breakfast were superb. Good location. Ziron Hotel is not so far from the airport. Average one-way taxi transportation costs I spent (+-) THB 200 from the hotel to Siam Center, Siam Paragon, and Pratunam Market. Taxi fare from the hotel to Suvarnabhumi Airport taxi fare was THB 300.

High standards of Thai hospitality. Perfect location far from heart of megapolise, green and quiet, close to Suvarnabhumi. A few good restaurant closer, a few ATM and one chilling dispensary shop. Rich and tasty breakfast, vegetarian options. Hotel feels fresh, proper decorated and with right positioning.

Air conditioner in room 620 need to clean up, I get a light sick from it.

My room was tired

Wouldn’t stay again.

Asked for sugar. Told me to go the the second floor and get sugar instead of delivering into my room. Said they have a double bed. But they merged two single beds together. So it is really hard to sleep in the middle because of the edges of the beds. Booked a supreme double room with a 27sqm. But we measured it. It was 21sqm. They lied to us. I don’t know who they got these good reviews. Even the girls in the reception don’t speak English. Really hard to communicate.

Very friendly stuff, clean, every day complementary water, shampoo, coffee and toiletries. Close to bus stops, close to 7-11.

Shower water wasn't getting hot enough, but that's okay, if your just staying for a few nights

Big enough room, huge comfortable bed, other stuff in room which are useful: table, mirror, chair, fridge, kettle, everyday water and coffee 3-in-1, shampoos, everyday cleaning if need and changing towels.The closest subway is a yellow skyline, in about 10-15min walk. Also nearby many thai street restaurants which are cheap and delicious.Friendly and polite staff:) helped to call the taxi when checked out.

Aircon worked only in one mode, sleep mode didn't work, so it was difficult to sleep, had often to turn on and off. More than 1 hour to get to the center, always had to take bus.

They prefer cash. If you pay by any cards, it will charge 4% more. One receptionist girl only at the counter can speak English well.

This is a very good hotel. It is clean, quiet, and the room has a small balcony. There is a kettle in the room and two satchet of coffee are given every day. The hotel is very generous with daily toiletry items. Very friendly staff, nice buffet breakfast when it is available. The morning buffet is definitley worth the 200 baht. But make sure it is available when you arrive. There is a small gym. There are resteraunts and small cafe in the vicinity. Bang Kapi shopping mall is close by as well as the Ramkamheng evening market. You can get lots of good street food and fruit there. If you explore both Ramkamheng side and the Hua Mahk side you will come accross some very interesting resteraunts, and food stalls.

The t.v. should be programmed better for English English film channels.

The room not clear and many cockroach even we change the room two times but same problem

The staffs are helpful. For example, I forgot to bring the charger, they would lend it to me. When I found that my room's air-conditioner did not work, they would help me at once.

I go out for sightseeing every day during the daytime, but no one comes to clean up my room every day, and only put the necessary supplies on the floor.

A really good stay for a good price. Daily cleaning, nice staff. All the amenities needed are provided daily, including daily bottles of water provided. Clean sheets, good Wi-Fi and strong Aircon.

The location is not central. Everything that's happening in the hallway is heard clearly in the rooms, so if it will be noisy there, you are out of luck.

Upon checking into the hotel, we discovered a dirty toilet, heavily scratched and battered walls, and the air conditioner's blades were not adjustable, resulting in a continuous draft blowing directly onto the bed all night, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no amenities on the balcony, and the sliding door lacked any sound insulation, as if everything were completely open.

The room was spacious and there was daily cleaning service available. There were water bottles always available in the fridge, together with tea and instant coffee. The view from the room was nice. The staff was nice, and the cleaning staff was exceptionally friendly.

The room could’ve been cleaner, and there was not enough toilet paper when I checked-in (however, whenever I asked for more, the cleaning staff immediately refilled it). The facilities and design of the room made it look a little unwelcoming. The hotel is located outside of the city center so there is not much to do nearby the hotel itself, however, it is easily accessible by public transport (mainly buses).

So, this is a very fancy looking hotel with much to enjoy and to like. But the interior is a wee bit worn out, the facilities have been used for a very long time. I believe a slight touch of paint would do the job coz it's lowkey okay but the scratched walls make it look cheaper. But for the price you pay, you shouldnt expect anything better. Wifi was good, hot shower, air con, welcoming staff etc. There's not much to dislike.

Nothing, personally, it'd done its job and we were happy to stay there.

Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Staff were nice, however not prompt as I would expect in terms of service.

New hotel

Not as expected, rooms with limited facility, limited choices breakfast and poor menu. Very far from the city. Stayed in 3 stars hotels and enjoyed more.

Not much

Very noisy hotel .. alot of Chinese tourists with open doors and talking loud between the rooms all day and night.... never stay there again.
