Maison Hotel Bangkok

The hotel is great, very recomended. The location is great, very close to the train station (Nana station). The breakfast is amazing, tasty and a great selection. The stuff is very nice, the room is not very big but is more than enough, very clean and comfortable.

This is my third time to Maison Hotel and won't be my last time. I have traveled all over the world and the Maison Hotel is the best hotel accommodation I have had the opportunity to stay at. If you are traveling to Bangkok do not miss out on the Maison experience. The rooms are spotless, quiet atmosphere, very much worth the value, the staff is outstanding, location is perfect, and the dining and restaurant service is top tier. The Maison teams goes above and beyond all forms of hospitality. Everyone from the room cleaning service, front desk, butler service, security team, spa team, and management are all the best in the industry. The Maison offers everything you can dream of in amenities and comfort. The management is incredible and most welcoming. I was greeted as well as stopped as I was leaving to have a personal goodbye given to me by the hotel manager Mr. Pawich Chokkanlayanee. He also checked in with me to ensure my stay was up to his standards. This is how hotels should model after. I have never experienced such 5 star outstanding hospitality. Toffee is the most welcoming front desk person I have ever met...and same for a trainee girl named "Wai" who made my day every day she greeted me and will with no doubt be a superstar in hospitality due to the management and training that Mr. Chokkanlayanee and the rest of the management has taught the Maison team. The Maison does not just offer a hotel to stay at...it offers unforgettable experience. I call it the "Maison experience"...and I am going to give it 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!! and if I may let me give it one more...6 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!!Brian DUSA

Clean, comfortable, professional

The room has coffee machine. Smart TV.

Cleaning of the room was around 16-17 pm daily, which is late. There were ants in the bathroom. Smart toilet was not working time to time. Overall the room looks tired. Near is a Patong’s style street with a lot of ladyboys and prostitutes on the street.

Hotel staff were all wonderful. The breakfast buffet was very good. Comfy bed, good shower. Hotel location was excellent.

Furniture in the room was very poor, only a single very uncomfortable wooden chair. There was tea provided but no cups or mugs, just a glass which was unsuitable for hot drinks. Lifts were inadequate for access to the room floors. Long waits for lifts were typical.Pool was quite small.Many problems with controls on automated Japanese style toilet.

Great room, great location, great breakfast buffet and great atmosphere all around.

The property was as advertised, clean and pristine. Also though the hotel is in Nana area, there were a lot of families who stayed here and around. We never felt unsafe. Lots of good places to eat. The train stain to go to a lot of fun places is 7 mins away .

The interior was lovely and the common spaces were laid out nicely. The breakfast was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the shower and toilet areas were modern and spacious.

Our room was incredibly small with no closet - only a few hangers above the mini fridge, and the only other clothing storage was two small drawers in each nightstand. There was no place to put our things and we had to use a chair and the countertops which was not pleasant. There were only two elevators in the whole hotel and the wait time was significant. The pool area was pretty but the day beds were not comfortable and the water in the pool was so cold, we never got to use it. I never saw anyone else use it either, and it’s on the ground level so you can hear a lot of street noise all the time. The ambience in both the pool area and the breakfast room was pleasant, until you realize they literally play the same song for hours on end. One song! The area of town was not nice either and stepping out of the hotel puts you on a street with lots of tacky bars and weed shops with really loud music. We would not stay here again.

Conveniently located hotel in the heart of Bangkok.Strongly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff. The late check out was a nice gesture.Room was as expected and very comfortable.

It would have been nice to have some cutlery in the room, but it was brought upon request.There is a small light that does not seem to be turned off in the room (near the bathroom), i guess this is to make sure guests dont stumble on anything or I did not find the switch for it.A bit of noise can be heard from the corridor, so door isolation could be better. Also from the window, but noise is to be expected in a big city like Bangkok

The location was good near the arab road, Restaurants and shopping street . also the staff took our concerns seriously and made sure to solve it. The smell each time we access the floor was so good. Perfect sound proof and facility inside the room & hotel.

Toilet wasn’t having enough privacy, always there was plug in the toilet system where the water wasn’t coming out. Also, the cleaning of the room wasn’t good tell we complained about it. Another thing was the access to the hotel at night we had to take longer directions because the hotel facade the bars of Nana road.

Breakfast was first class.

A kettle in the room would be good. Safety Issue: There is a glass security door on each floor between the lifts and the guest rooms which requires the guest to tap the room pass on a transponder to open the glass door in either direction. In a fire this is a certain death trap. In smoke and fear, guests my flee their rooms without taking their room passes. There are other fire exits with illuminated sighs located at the very end of the corridors but thick smoke would obscure these. Guest passes are required to reach the accommodation floors so there's no need for additional security doors on each floor. Similar concerns arise in circumstances of family violence. A fleeing victim could easily be trapped. This security measure is unnecessary and is a tragedy waiting to happen.

Super helpful and friendly staff. The ambiance of the room is great in general. Cleaning on request superb! I even got surprised cake in my room on my birthday!!! Thank you Maison!

Should add weighing scale as travelers need it. Each room should have a weighing scale

I love this hotel. The best hotel I stayed at in Thailand. Conveniently located with added security, on site dining, and attentive staff. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this hotel. The Pad Thai is the best I have ever eaten. Its one of my favorite dishes and this one surpasses them all in every part of the country and in my home country. I ate this same dish for two nights in a row it was so good. The extra security and being located on a private drive makes this a very comfortable place to stay without all of the noise and todo of SOI 4. You are still close enough to see and if you choose partake, but its also far enough away to not impact you or your stay.

Everything was great. No complaints. The staff was very helpful with mailing a package to the USA. I wish they would ahve been more knowledgable on shipping packages in Thailand, but that's a hard expecation to meet with as many visitors from so many countries. They were very accomodating and offered to help whereever they could which was outstanding!!

Excellent location, can't hear much noise from the outside despite being on a busy street. Beds were comfy and large. Staff are incredibly friendly and polite. The breakfast was incredible with an option to have eggs cooked different ways!

Every so often there were some small bugs coming out of the sink which I believe could be quite common and harmless

Elegant facility with gracious staff. All areas of the property were outstanding. The big soft bed with plenty of fluffy pillows made me want to stay in bed all day.

Traffic in the surrounding area. Can be difficult to get in and out.

Everything looks new. Excellent facilities, very comfortable room, perfect cleaned and very good breakfast with lot of options.
