Rezt Bangkok

Free snacks, friendly staff

Location down the alley. Outdoor area needs some loce

the room is clean, the staff was very helpful to set up the room earlier than the checkin time because I'm not feelling well. The common Area is good and clean. There was a welcome drink as well. You can leave baggage at the hotel before the check in time

The Alley way to the Hotel is dark in some part.

Room was Clean perfect for stay.Like the house keeping staff nice decent and soo polite.Kitchen was clean and up to date for use daily.

Location and staff are good, during my stay there was complementary coffee and snacks which we liked

Could be little bit more decorative air better quality interior

We enjoyed our stay at Rezt Bangkok. We valued the great location, space, cleanliness, comfort, and the staff, who were so supportive and professional.

We couldn't find anything that we disliked.

The location, very clean room and friendly staff.

No elevator, however the staff helped us with our luggage.

Very convenient location, quiet neighborhood, and exciting places around! The staff are amazing, too! Have me a Pop Mart and L’Occitaine gifts!

Overall OK

Suspect Bed mites on the first day. Problem solved after they change it after next day housekeeping.Water pressure is bad. Can't really enjoy my bath during stay.

Location, comfortable and clean.

It’s absolutely clean. I loved the huge, dining/chilling spot. Amazing outdoor spot. And it’s right opposite to gourmet market/shopping mall. And opposite to the grocery store.

The hotel is very new and clean. Near Emsphere.

It’s a long walk from the Main Street to the hotel. The hotel isn’t connected to the Enaphere, but you still can walk.

Staff and clean

Narrow road/lane

Very clean and nice staff

The road is very narrow, but we managed well

My room was fairly large, clean and had a comfortable bed. Despite being located so close to areas with a lot of partying it is far away enough that the hotel is fairly quiet. The window has a thick curtain which blocks out sunlight and noise so I had no problems at all sleeping and did not get woken up by neither the morning sun nor noise. My room also had a mini fridge where I could keep my drinks cool and a small desk where I could sit and work on my laptop. The WiFi also worked well. The ground floor has a common room with a kitchen and a small washroom with two washing machines and a dryer that one can use for about 100-150 THB depending on how long it takes for the clothes to dry. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is very convenient. The nearest BTS at Phrom Phong is about a 10 minute walk away. If it is raining one can take a shortcut through Emsphere / Gourmet Market and walk under cover the rest of the way to the BTS. It isn't much further to walk to Asok BTS or Sukhumvit station on the blue subway line. As for food there are a couple of local restaurants in the alley where one can get quite decent Thai food for as little as 50 THB. For fancier food there are loads of restaurants within a 15 minute walk at Terminal 21, Emsphere, Emquartier or on Sukhumvit itself.

The bad, or the good depending on what one is looking for is that Rezt is located at the end of an alley off Sukhumvit Soi 22 which has lots of girlie bars and massage salons. Walking back to the hotel at night was, eh, interesting. I don't mind that much, but it is what it is.

Service and Ammenities are similar to a hotel but in a bunker style. Bunker design is no cramped. bathroom and toilet clean with complementaries.

No elevetor for bunker accomodation. you have to carry luggages throught tight stair

Location is good in the city center, car access might be tricky as the access to the hotel is pretty crowded, overall a good stay, tons of good food! also easy access to malls and bts stations!

good location, near EmSphere

Entrance way a bit narrow

I really like the room—it’s very convenient for a group of friends. Each bunk bed offers its own privacy, which makes it comfortable for everyone. The air-conditioning kept the room nice and cool, and the bedsheets and linens were tidy and clean.

The door in our 8-pax bunk room needs fixing—it’s difficult to close and makes a loud slamming sound, which can disturb other guests.

that's a very good staff (except for the woman at the reception, she was really rude)

there was no ventilation in our room, with the window closed the CO2 in the room reaches 1600-2000 in half an hour, we had to keep the window open all the time, it is impossible to sleep with the window open - outside the window there is a road of the shopping center, they are doing repairs to the walls at 3 am, unloading all the materials and so on, all 9 nights there was never any silence...

Clean, affordable

The road is too small and very crowded
