Zayn Hotel Bangkok - Airport Link Access

Room was new, bed was comfortable

Very bad location for both traffic and construction noise. They are working 24/7. No amenities at hotel such as pool or gym. It’s in another building and it was very old equipment and nasty pool. Not a good value at all for the money. Won’t stay again

Location is on the airport red line produce who are planning to reach BBK airport fast. Deposit of 1,000 baht. Generally too comfortable to stay.

I ordered two beds and got one instead. They say the hotel is fully booked so we can change the room... Hope for better attention.

The location is in Bangkok city, near the metro station. However, there are no facilities nearby and you have to rely on vehicles.

cleanliness and comfort, friendly staffs with ease of communication!

swimming pool, a bit small in size.

friendly staff, little problem with communication.

breakfast minu can change, it's the same everyday for the week we stayed.

Clean, modern with easy access to the airport link train and central Bangkok.Muslim friendly with Halal options, Qibla direction and prayer mat in the room.Very helpful and nice staff.Close to 24h big grocery store and McDonalds

Nothing specific to property but the way to the airport link train you have to cross the train tracks with luggages which was actually fine

Easy access to Airport BTS. Plenty of restaurants local including supermarket. Nice room, good facilities and perfect for a one/two night stay. Good breakfast choices from early.

Quite a lot of road noise. Did not hear the trains but definitely car/bus/motorbike noise. Acceptable because this is Bangkok and traffic noise everywhere.

I had a very brief stay. 1 night then went to airport. I didn't use the amenities or the restaraunt so I cant comment. But I found the room clean the bed comfy and the staff were very friendly and helpful

staff were so friendly, professional, and kind. Hotel is very clean

Room is very big and nice to stay. Mattress is very comfort.

Toilet space is a bit small especially the shower part.

Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location for getting to and from the airport with the train. So easy

The restaurant is Halal , which means there’s no wine list with dinner . The food was excellent however.

I like everything about this hotel. This was the 2nd time that I stayed in this hotel and the service are way superb! The hotel staffs went to their extra miles to help me when I'm in need of help. The best part now they have 3 hotel staffs who could able to speak Bahasa Malaysia and I'm really grateful that i get to talk to their staff in Bahasa Malaysia. The hotel receptionist was super helpful. She went to the extra mile after my late check out to help and suggest me to book a cab using Bolt apps which the fares are way affordable than booking using grab apps. Really saved alot in my airport transportation. 10 stars to all the hotel staffs. I'm really super happy and satisfied staying in this hotel for the 2nd time and will stay here again in my future trips visiting Bangkok city.

Got Bitten by mosquitoes when i slept with my partner.

The location is ideal. They are located next to the high way. On the 26th of November 2024, we had a nice room which was well maintained.

However, on the 29th of November 2024, we got a room where clearly some maintenance was lacking. The floor needed work and the shower was sounding like the water pressure was too high and the shower would come off.

Everything is so perfect for my experience. Perfect location near my family and convenient stores all around. Love the access to the railroad lines. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Definitely would stay there again! Shout out to Nong Som for keeping my room clean and spotless.

Gym could use an upgrade w/ weights and equipment.

Hotel is really nice and clean. Recent facility properly maintain. Very conveniently located at triple station.Real thanks to the Guest relation manager Mme Handbag if I recall properly.Room was clean and not to forget, the room service is excellent, food is really good and p[rice is very decent.

The location is amazing to both the yellow line and the airport line

the room was very run down the floor boards were cracked, the wallpaper was peeling off, the shower made a loud screeching noise, the room was dark even when all the hundreds of lights were switched on

Courteous service on arrival and departure.

An extra lift/elevator would be useful in the future due to the amount of guests using the existing ones.

Fantastic suite hotel!! Really good for money - they have upgraded our room to a suite and it was amazing!! Really big and with all the facilities including the hot tub included in the bathroom. Really appreciated the stay and we will come back.

Modern sleek clean look. Attentive, friendly and patient staff. Small enough to feel cosy. Spacious room, easy access to trains, close to supermarket, massage house, food.

Quality materials, fittings and furnishings but the workmanship is poor. Such a shame.

only 20 mins to airport so no need to rush

a little far from shopping malls & night markets
