The bed is horrible. I couldn't sleep at all.

Clean room, lots of walkable food and grocery options. Close to city center

The location is great and it's in a quiet place. There are plenty of amenities around and good thai massage places. The room was big enough for two people and always clean.

The air conditioning was not great but I always have problems with this in Bangkok due to allergies.

Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Facilities were clean and have everything you need. There is a free shuttle to a few locations within about a 5 min drive (drop off only). Overall, really satisfied with the stay.

Bed was a little firm, but not too bad. The price for the cafe is a little pricey for the quality of food. No major complaints.

Location

Menu price - Menu price on the list was not inclusive of VAT and service charge, which after ordering food as per original price, bill price was higher than expected also this was not mentioned on the menu. Duplication of Key- Since we were 2 person, we only had 1 key for one day which was not convenient.

We’ve visited Bangkok many times and stayed in hotels in Bangkok that never exceeded our expectations. But Klub Hotel did! Our twin bedroom was spacious and well organized with everything we needed for our 4 days stay.

The breakfast was just adequate but would prefer a bit more effort in providing more Thai options like soup noodles and Thai tea

The location is very close to Platinum shopping mall and Pratunam night market. There are many street foods and massage centers nearby,

The air-conditioning is quite old, you can hear the noise while sleeping. I opt in the breakfast, however, the breakfast is very very decent which I will not recommend to anyone.

Many hotels are located around this areas. There are 2 7-Elevens stores nearby, less than a 5 minutes walk. Walked to pratunam night market was about 8-10mins walk.Short walking distance to the massage areas and shopping areas.Building and facilities were new and comfortable.I requested an additional chair and they provided it.

Shuttle was only provided 1 way and not many drop-offs options.Pillow was flat and hard.Toilet felt abit small. Wash basins were outside of the toilet.

I like the place! Whatever is in the picture is what you get! Lovely staffs , near the center just a walking distance to the malls. Very recommended 100%

Really enjoyed this place, felt pretty central and easy to access.Room was a good size, and was clean and modern.Shower had excellent temperature control and pressure.Loved the central hallway, had a fancy prison vibe..

When we requested an extension they told us there was no room but there was no full house the way they talk to us like racist

Hotel really was what I expected. Room was big and hotel was in quiet street. Breakfast had a large selection foods also to vegetarian. It was 400 meters to company which had a bus connection to Siem Reab.

Clean and comfort

The bathroom (toilet area is crowded) is slightly small, compared to the room.

Clean, spacious, staff are always smiling, everyday they are cleaning the room, with free shuttle and breakfast. They even have breakfast box in case your flight will be early and you cannot stay for the buffet breakfast

There are mosquitos, a little far from main road but walkable and shuttle is there

High CP value.

A bit too far from BTS/ bus station. Prefer calling grab as daily transportation

I will not come back !!

This is my third stay since 2024, I requested for a quiet room, and even reminded front desk staff during check in, they gave me a joining room, room 805, I could hear the next door talking and coughing clearly, the other thing is the Aircon was really noisy, the bathroom was not properly clean, you can see mold and dirt stain everywhere and also ordour. Breakfast choices is lesser comparing to last time, This was really a terrible stay.
