Good bed + pillows.

It was down a grubby little lane and surrounded by old moldy properties/ slum like, but that's Bangkok. The WiFi kept disconnecting if you stopped using your device longer than 5 mins and you had to CONSTANTLY keep reconnecting= ANNOYING. Room was small.

Location near Phaya Thai and airport link. Breakfast was okay. Any specialty drink (cappuccino) or water is extra.

No nightstands, bedside lamps, and outlets in rooms. Staff were not very accommodating or knowledgeable about nearby food or activities. Could not get us a taxi! Room is poorly designed and spartan. Restaurant lunch was very poor.

Since I checked out before breakfast they called a car for me and provided a boxed take away breakfast

No elevator in the building I was in (5th floor), room design is a bit tacky

Very convenient location. Excellent staff, very clean and a good breakfast

Staff was friendly. Location is a bit special as it is in a back alley, but the hotel itself is very nice and rather new. The rooms are big, and if you take 2 rooms for a family you can connect them together. Bed was good. TV are nice with programs for kids. Bathroom was very nice with both shower and bathtub. There is a fun window to see whoever is showering ! Breakfast was included and very good. Swimming pool is nice though rather small. Very close from the metro to get to the international airport.

Swimming pool was very cold. Not very close to touristic attraction in Bangkok. No elevator for the second building, but they will help you carry your luggage, though to go to the swimming pool or the buffet and back there are a few steps. Not much of a view, as it is between a lot of buildings.

The property was clean and very comfortable. The rooms were nicely decorated, and the morning breakfast was excellent. I liked that. It was tucked away in a quiet area behind a very busy street. It was also very accessible to the trains only a three minute walk to get to the train station.

I liked everything I have no complaints

Super comfy, all amenities provided (except cabinets unfortunately)5. Pratunam market not far (15 min walk), same with MBK (3 sky train stations) as well as many restaurants and massage shops around6. Good private day trips with taxi available - I strongly recommend Michel. We went for a day trip to Ayuttaya (2,500 thb) and another day to Pattaya/the Sanctuary of truth (3,500 thb)..truly Amazing .7. Good breakfast but no cheese nor espresso/capuccino :-(8. Many electric sockets (I counted 6) to charge all your devices9. Again, good soundproofing (while there's nothing you can do with shouting shouting kids or neighbors which fortunately we did not experience)Bottom lineGood price for the value and recommended, although some smiles from the staff would have been a nice touch and welcome.

1. No Cabinets nor shelves to lay your clothes on (you have to leave your stuff in your suitcase)2. TV - No available good channels, you must use your own subscriptions with Netflix, Disney, amazon prime etc...

At this price and location, it was perfect for me. The hotel is only few minutes walk from Airport Rail Link and BTS Phayathai and is located on the quiet side street (Soi Golit). The room was clean, basic, airy, strong WiFi, good air condition. Breakfast was simple and only few choices nothing to impress about but it was included in the room rate.

For this price I have no complain.

This is our third time staying at the hotel, and we are very impressed. The staff are extremely nice and helpful they assisted us with carrying our luggage and accommodated us very well. The location is great & easy to get around, the breakfast is good, the bed is comfortable, and the room is clean. We love it.

The location is good because of easy connection to Suvarnabhumi airport by the airport train.

- No master switch to turn on/off all lights. I had to go around the room to turn off each light individually.- no hot water in the wash basin in the bathroom. I need hot water for shaving.- Very dim lights in the bathroom. This is one place where bright lights are needed. Very surprisingly, the lights are installed behind the mirror and this causes only shadows on the face. Why would anyone install lights behind the mirror instead of in front? Looks like some ’genius’ designed this.- Horrible WiFi. After connecting to wifi I could not do any online work. I then disconnected wifi and used the cellular connection. That worked much better.- Water pressure in the shower is not very strong- Very basic. Breakfast spread.Will I stay here again? Probably not.

Location. You can easily walk to ARL or BTS with luggage. Almost no stairs on the way to the platform. (However on the way from the patform you had to go down some stairs)And still very quiet place. No noise from streets or railroads in the room.Decent breakfast. You'll get bored of it in a week, but for short term stay it is very good.Fish pond with turtels - very relaxing thing. A little detail, but still important.Clean rooms, clean lobby and territoryGreat room service, pool with a kids zone.

Smoking zone near kids pool. I think it must be moved somewhere else. There's already a smoking terrace, much better looking and comfortable, is that not enough?Actually that is the only real reason I can't give a 10.Not really a con, but there's no place for neutral comment :) Staff politeness. I'm not saying anyone was rude, no, but on the contrast with other Thai places it is noticable.I must mention that despine "official" way of conversations, every request was resolved very fast and in a good way

Great staff, awesome bed, great breakfast.

The room with balcony had no outlets next to the bed so it was a bit awkward. Also the sink is outside the bathroom also awkward.

Great location, access both to the airport train and BTS, very clean and nice rooms, good breakfast.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. The location is super as it's very close to shops and BTS.

Beautiful modern hotel. Good view of city and close to the metro and short ride to Siam Paragon. 7-11 right around the corner.

Buffet was unremarkable and had no vegan options. Pool was covered, so the water was quite cool.

Spacious, quiet, bright and clean room. Big and comfortable bed. Very close to Phaya Thai station, making the airport rail link (BTS) accessible by foot even with luggage. Everything (in the room and in the rest of the hotel) looked new and well taken care of. Very polite, attentive and helpful staff.

The lightning in the bathroom was very low, transforming the shaving into a challenging task. The breakfast is plentiful, reasonably diversified but remains identical every day, which can make it repetitive if staying for more than 2-3 days.

Location is outstanding, Staff are welcome and helpful, cleanliness is exceptional and socially the guard who works at night down stairs is heartfelt man ?

A very good location near to Phaya Thay station and easy connection with the airport, close to shopping malls, street markets and interesting restaurants and cafes. The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is typical for Thailand hotels and it was good, nice swimming pool, helpful staff.
