Rooms and the hotel facilities have all you need and more, great attention to details. Very helpful staff. Breakfast and location are great.

TV is not a normal smart TV, you cannot watch Netflix on it. Rooftop pool is a smoking area, which spoils swimming and sunbathing experience.

The hotel is located in a very pleasant area to walk around, and having stayed in other places in Bangkok before, I found this neighborhood especially enjoyable. The property itself is large, spacious, and very clean. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained. The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Overall, it was a great experience and I would happily stay here again.

The location of the hotel is great. You have many F&B outllets and spas close by. BTS is 7 minutes walk which is a bonus.Tong Lo is one of the best areas to be in Bangkok.

The room needs maintenance and requires upkeep.

The staff and hotel were amazing. They had games and coffee on the top floor and plenty of activities you could participate in

The Salil is in a great location with many restaurants and shops close by. It also has a laundry on the 8 th floor for a quick load of wash. We have stayed here twice now!

This beautiful hotel is just a block from the Skytrain, and many restaurants. It is quiet, has a fabulous breakfast and the staff were the best.

not meeting the standards of a five star hotel tbh.. it was not as clean. There was a cockroach in our friend’s room. the breakfast was very average much cheaper hotels in Bangkok serve better breakfast. overall i think there are much better and cheaper hotels around the area.

I was really disappointed with the housekeeping service during my stay. They didn’t refill essential items like tissue paper, toilet paper, and shower products, which made things quite inconvenient. I even left a plate out for three days, and it seemed like it was overlooked, as if they expected I would continue using it. The lack of fresh towels was frustrating too; we had to make do with just one or two for several days, and they only changed them once in three or four days. Given that I was there for seven nights, I expected much better attention to these basic needs. Overall, it was a letdown and negatively impacted my experience.

The staff was amazing, especially with our daughter. She really enjoyed the daily popcorn. The pool was great, breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect. And don’t get me started on the toilets…. I need to go buy one now.

great place to stay in Bkk. Quiet, super clean and the staff in very nice. My son and me, we enjoyed the game room a lot. You have nintendo, chest and many games and free snacks.
