4M Pratunam Hotel

The owner was very welcoming, and the free breakfast was excellent. They were very nice and helpful. The location was fantastic as well for shopping.

My room had two small crawlers, I killed them and I didn't see any more for the rest of our stay.

The staff and proximity. Breakfast was decent. Taxis available on corner a few feet from front door. 15 minute walk to sky train. 5 minute walk to restraunts, massage parlors, fruit stalls. Friendly staff available 24 hours. Great lobby decor. Clean.

Air conditioner filters need changing. Ice shooting from vents, air quality coming through was not as clean as it could have been. Construction going on next door made jet-lag naps hard to get during the day. Hopefully they finish the construction soon

Comfortable bed.

The kitchen stank of frying. The smell permeated not only the breakfast area but also the hotel lobby on the floor below. If you spent literally only 2 or 3 minutes in either area then all of your clothes stank of olld cooking oil!

It's okay, just too crowded and noisy.

The location is very convenient since it is near the Pratunam Market where local goods are available. Also, there are 7-Eleven stores nearby where breakfast are available at very affordable price. We were accommodated since we had an early arrival time, even though the room is not yet available.

It could have been much better if the toilet is well maintained, and the drop-off area is always open for arriving customers.

The location is strategic. Hygiene is in acceptable range.

The water drainage in the toilet abit slow, easily clogged.

The location was very accessible to all the main areas in the city. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

The place is clean and the staff accommodating to our requests of late check-in and airport transfer when we het home.

The hot water does not work properly in the corner rooms of 4th and 5th floors where we were staying.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Pratunam, so you're close to all the shopping and attractions. This is our second time staying here, and we are always satisfied. Near to night market and food stalls. I missed Thailand!

Location is good, bed is very comfortable, staff are friendly, price is good, got lift, walking distance to food, 7-11, massage

Aircon blades malfunction (manually adjust), hairdryer not working, space and toilet a bit small (but good for price)
