    Pros +

    • Near weekend market and price.
    • I didn't like anything. Bad place.Non working refrigerator, dirty bath tub and no hot water, non-working television, beds as hard as a marble rock, and a person in the hallway constantly knocking at my door saying that it was their room and not mine. Front desk needing to call me to reconfirm my identity and reservation. Stayed only 1 night and left. I want a refund for the 2nd night. Disgusting.
    • Only thing is hotel location.

    Cons -

    • Is needs maintenance and renovation. Toilet ran, bathtub dripped, carpet was stained and dirty. Bedding seemed unwashed.

    • Very bad hotel management. Air conditioning units make too much noise in the room. But other side of the hotel rooms located so near highway. That’s why this side was also noisy. Safe box doesn’t work .

Location is not too bad, near a supermarket, have Starbucks, Macdonalds, Boots (Pharmacy) and 7-11 at its premises. Staff were very attentive and helpful, especially the bellboy who helped us with our bulky purchase of water from the supermarket. Toilets in common areas are clean enough.

Lift was an issue. There was a chess event and some lifts were getting overloaded easily with only 5-6 adults. Internet was really bad and I had to use my own data most of the time to connect my laptop. At this modern age, at least provide a working internet for the guest rooms. Wife suffered bites after sleeping but felt better after the housekeeping changed the whole comforter and sheets after our feedback. Was given a double bed room despite my booking for a queen size bed room. Swimming pool was too cold.

Friendly staff, good food, good location, love the gym and swimming pool. Would be nicer if there is warm water in the pool.

Lift always overload although not many people in it, wifi very bad, not good for business,

The location is great, next to MRT and yellow line

There was work on the lobby

The hotel has a very upscale appearance, clean and maintained well. Service was top notch, and attendants as well as reception were very prompt and helpful. The location was an absolute chef's kiss. Conveniently right between two Metro stations, an attendant is there during business hours to usher in Grab cars and taxis, and the hotel is adjacent to a small shopping plaza that covers most basic needs. The hotel itself is attached to the plaza, so you can get a Starbucks, McDonalds, souvenirs, a manicure, a gym session, local foods and desserts, as well as make a 7-11 run within a five minute walk from the room elevator. Room service is lightening fast and the food is large in portion (couldn't even finish my meal, stuffed) and it was tasty! I would absolutely stay here again.

I kept getting kicked off of the hotel's Wifi. Even when connected, I needed to "Forget the Network" just to log in again successfully, or else it would show that I was connected, but the internet still wouldn't load anything. This workaround was a short term solution, but still a minor hassle. Also, in order to get hot shower water, I needed to run the shower for about five minutes before it would properly heat up. I called maintenance about this issue and they came in and essentially did the same thing in order to "fix it"

The outer building and lobby area was amazing, plenty of seating to wait while being checked in/out.

Room was not cleaned upon checking in, found an acrylic nail on the bed, hair in the shower, and what seemed like faeces on the wall near the toilet. Limescale and bath towels did not seem to be cleaned. Paid breakfast for the stay, with the hope that as it is a 5 star rated hotel, the breakfast should be good. However the breakfast is the worst breakfast I have had at any hotel I have stayed in. All food was cold, due to them being in the open and had a very small selection. Going to your hotel room is not as simple, as you have to take different elevators, to find your zone, and can take 5-10 to just get to the room. As we had a late flight and check out was 12pm, we requested if we can wait around the pool area, however we was not allowed and was asked to pay £45, just to sit in the pool areas. Location is not great either with nothing nearby. This should not be rated 5 star. 3 star at the most.

The location of the Skytrain & MRT next to the hotel was the only +.

Hotel is outdated, rooms are clean but old, a renovation is clearly needed. The hot water for the shower took 5 mnts. before it started heating.Window rooms did not have double glazing, we did stay on the 15th. fl. front side and the street noise came easely into the room. The breakfast was like in the army and very noisy with many unpolite customers. We didn't even use our last breakfast and went somewhere else.

Very big room, nicely decorated. Quiet.

If you arrive early, you cannot use the pool area, bacause you need the key card to your room (I was lucky being upgrated so I could get a key card, but only because another employee took over). You are not allowed to bring food or alcohol to the pool area, and it is not possible to buy anything at the pool). The area is not interesting, but metro is only a few hundred metres away

The gentleman at checkin was polite and very professional .

There was a lot of noise, by other guests, that were letting their little children running along the corridor and ringing the bell of my room

    Close to MRT stations.

Breakfast with rowdy, impolite 1 night stay people.Lack of choice for a supposedly 5-star hotel.Paid for a double room, got 2 twin beds.

God they didn't clean the toilet, it was stain on it and pubic hair on the seats. I happened to sit on it and felt it was wet and that's why I took good look on the seat and realised it was dirty. I felt so disgusted I sat on probably someone's pass. I called staff immediately and they came up. They photo it and cleaned it and just said sorry. That's it no compensation nothing...I would not trust the cleaning here and they doors was so thin and noise so obvious. Staff barely looked at me at reception after this incident...so badly handled by the staff...I'm in service business I know I would have compensated the customer...with treating us breakfast or what ever just show some responsibility...so so soon bad...really nasty experience that ruined my whole staying...waste of my money...it was not a cheap hotel. They should be ashamed to charge me this much ...

Comfortable bed.Polite staff.Spotlessly clean room and hotel. The cleaner did an excellent job servicing my room daily. Beautiful pool.

Some guests were rude and pushed others to get in and out of the lift. There are some big groups who think they are above other guests in the hotel.

It’s soo convenient in many ways, for food, transportation, facilities in the building, everything were great. Loved my stay here and will surely come here again

The WiFi connection could be improved to be better inside the room as that’s the only downside of this property.

    Very poor

We arrived at 9pm at night after a long journey of flight. Surprisedly we were told our room reservation was not processed at all though the booking email was received from Booking.com and full fund was paid in advance. Therefore, we had to wait for near ONE hour at front desk until when someone checked out or rebooked. Then we can be checked in afterwards. We have not received an apology and any comment for this ridiculous matter. Furthermore, I ordered two bottles of spring water and paid at front desk. I had to make chase up call twice to get my order after near 45 mins waiting at my room. The hotel servant does not know what a "okay service" is at all!

Spacious rooms, good location near the metro station

The safe box was out of order. We asked staff to fix it but it didn’t happen for our whole 2 days’ stay

    8OrathaiPosted on: 12-17-2024

The Hotel very close to MRT and room space is reasonable with the price. Almost customers are Chinese.

    Noise of visitors.

    8NatytePosted on: 12-13-2024

Generally very comfortable room, good location, extremely good value for money.

I was surprised to hear that 5 star hotel could not provide me with the ironing board. The towels could do with renewal! They were white but.. not very white. Lighting in the bathroom is not great - might be a struggle for any female guest who wants to see her face clearly (put on make up, etc)
