Rudest reception staff ever

Rude aggressive reception staff, noisy swimming pool engine, noisy ac., old, service.

The staff where very friendly and very helpful. Hotel room was well maintained.

Repetition of breakfast. The breakfast was almost same evreyday.

Pillowaccessories were so limited. e.g., when we ran out of tissues, they just refilled around 15 papers in the next day

Disturbance from the rooms above due to chairs being moved and rubbing against the floor; suggested placing padding under the chair legs.

Stayed 7 nights. All very good. Great location, opposite park. Recommended.

Breakfast could be improved, on the boring side.

The room is big and enough.Very clean . In front of the park . Very nice.Up grated the room as per our request.

I really liked the spaciousness of the room and how comfortable the bed was. The pool was also very enjoyable and the temperature of the water was perfect! The staff was always very friendly and professional.

The location was good. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The room facilities were pretty old. We smelled a musty odor in the room. The AC was loud.

The hotel is very clean, in a quiet and a great location with many restaurants and cafes nearby. I recommend to stay here if you want to enjoy the Bangkok experience.

The hotek was down a nice quiet street and the staff were very helpful. the pool was lovely

the breakfast buffet was quite good but the coffee was a little disappointing but overall you cannot complain because the price was good.

I stayed at this hotel during my solo trip and, unfortunately, my experience was not great. The cleanliness was a major issue—especially in the bathroom, which didn’t feel properly cleaned. The hotel was also extremely noisy, making it very difficult to sleep. The walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and hallways. Additionally, the internet was unreliable, which was frustrating.The only positive aspect of my stay was the staff—they were very kind and helpful. However, despite their efforts, the overall experience was disappointing. I wouldn’t stay here again unless major improvements are made.

The hotel rooms were very large, clean and comfortable.The pool area is nice however there is only 4 places to sit around the pool. The hotel also lets you leave bags after the check out

I arrived early and the room wasn't ready, that fine i asked them to message me or let me know if the room was ready earlier, I was sitting by the pool until the room was ready. I came back down to reception 15mins before check in time and asked if my room was ready? they told me yes it had been ready for over an hour...... this was a bit of and annoying start.
