the staff was very accommodating, polite and knowledgeable. Hotel employee was an excellent driver. We stay at this hotel every time we come to Bangkok.

Fantastic location (very quiet), staff are incredible. Beds very comfortable, rooms very clean. Plenty of complimentary water in the rooms too. I had 2 nights here, one at the start of my Thailand trip after landing in Bangkok before my flight the next day, and one night at the end of my trip again for my flight the next day. The only downside to the last night was my room was a connecting room with another guest. The door was locked so no security issues, just that we could hear eachother (pretty much everything from flushing the toilet chain etc). Perfectly fine for just sleeping though.

Excellent value for decent proximity to the airport. Food and facilities are great. Perfect for a family.

It was beautiful but much further than we thought from the airport also our room has a terrible smell from the pipes or air conditioning it was hard to breath we were on the 4th floor. We told them some one else was complaining too . They need to fix it

Resort was beautiful- Staff wonderful! Breakfast was amazing! The rooms were disappointing, tub was stained, some of the furniture damaged and worn, beds size was great, however it lacked comfort.

The room was excellent but the staff at the restaurant were quite rude especially the ones in the noodle bar, one of them was taking our photo while we were getting food during breakfast p. There was also one staff who was hiding in a grass and peeping while we were relaxing by the pool.The ladies cleaning our room were very pleasant though.

Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi was an overnight stopover for myself and my father whilst we were flying in and out of Bangkok Airport - we booked 2 rooms staying one night at the beginning of our trip, and a second night before flying back home again. On both occasions we were very impressed by this hotel - the rooms are comfortable and spacious, well maintained and spotlessly clean, and the staff go out of their way to be welcoming, helpful and friendly. The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of options. We also tried the Favola Italian Restaurant during our stay, and whilst it is a little more expensive than some other restaurants, I can only say that it was totally worth it - the food was absolutely delicious! The location of the hotel no more than 20 mins from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport was ideal, and the easy to book free airport shuttle bus made getting to and from the hotel quick and easy. We didn't try the Golf Course, but it was clearly a very well maintained and professional course.I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Le Meridien Suvarnabhumi again or to recommend it to others, either as an ideal stopover whilst travelling through Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport or to keen Golfers.

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Location, staff, pool, beds comfortable, great breakfast selection.

Very pricey on a few menu items and spirits. A bit annoying when your room at this price was not properly stocked. No coffee, no napkins, only 2 creamers, conditioner empty in bathroom. Outdoor beds around pool mouldy. Expect better at this price. Room had bad smell like sewerage coming through air conditioning, had to ask for air freshener.

Not a lot!

We just stayed there for one night ... comfy place after a long distance flight before travelling to Khao Lak.Complementary airport shuttle was a big plus.Great breakfast variety - International/Asian. We would definitely chose Le Meridien again next time.

The best hotel I’ve ever been to! Staff was so polite the best service could not do more for you and made sure we wasn’t getting scammed by taxis. Hotel was beautiful especially with the views of the golf course nice pool everything. We started our Thailand experience off here and within an hour I fell in love. Would definitely go back worth every penny.

Only downfall is the location.

The room was beautiful and the bathroom enormous. The spacious balcony, complete with day bed, was very comfortable. Despite the constant coming and going of aircraft at Suvarnabhumi, we couldn't hear the air traffic once the balcony door was closed. The hotel is very peaceful and the decor is gorgeous. The Italian restaurant is superb.

Despite paying for the room in advance, the receptionist tried to charge me again. You don't expect these kind of embarrassing misunderstandings in a 5 star hotel. Then, as we left, the receptionist (same guy) tried to charge us for breakfast that we didn't have. It soured the experience on arrival, then again on departure. A real shame.

Friendly staffs and safety

Doorsteps at the front gate would have almost killed me, you should put a sign at least . . . "Watch your steps" . . . Unless someone will have a bad accident soon.And on 29th Jan, your staff opened our room door with the master key while I was resting with my wife, without any notice. . I understand that you were to give some present for lunar new year's day, but I still believe that you should have knocked first at least.

I forgot my power bank in the room. I call them next day and they say no we didn’t see it. But I left it in the room. So it’s mean they steal it. So bad I will never back there again!

I think this hotel could do better... we paid 2000 ringgits for 2 nights plus 500 ringgits late check out. We stayed 2 days with the same dirty slippers cause we asked for them 3 times but didn't bring a new pair. The wifi absolitely slow not even Netflix is possible to watch the tv channels suck all in Thai, no cartoons for children no activities for children. in the hotel channel they show how good is the kids room and that you can cook pizza and make crafts that is not true that kids room is messy and no staff no girls playing with kids or doing crafts or cooking etc. we wered bored with our 5 year old, the golf club is not possible to reach to walk, the pool was a fridge the water was so cold mobody could swim, no jacuzzi, the water pressure in the shower not enough, the bath dirty, the mold in the shower door... I mean... this is not Le Meridien or a Marriot Hotel we are not coming back and the worse No Coffee machine or any kind of coffee in the room
