Avani Ratchada Bangkok Hotel

The location of the hotel is great. Close to the Blue line and easy access to two shopping centres , one of which could be accessed from the hotel itself. Also close enough to Jodd Fairs Market, being one stop away. Enjoyed the happy hour at the in-house bar with the live singer and pianist. The layout was very relaxing. The staff are very attentive and polite, and this is evident from the time you check-in up until checkout. Breakfast was great with numerous fresh options. The room itself was clean, comfortable and I slept well. The hotel itself was rather peaceful and quiet despite being in a busy district. Shower was good and powerful. The pool area was comfortable and well maintained. I would happily return to this hotel.

Perfect location and facilities

I booked for deluxe (king size bed + bathtub) but i got twin beds with only a shower and no bathtub. They said they were fully booked but i booked for 2 months in advance. Have no idea why something like this happened. They said they “UPGRADED” my room to a better one but it felt like it was downgraded. This was my second time staying here but this time im so disappointed.

The location is very good close to shopping mall and lots of restaurants. Also the staff was very nice and helpful.

The Lady who checked me in provided the best experience. professional, sweet and personal. she was quick and effective despite running out of printer paper. I would almost come back just because of her. I felt like she really cared about my satisfaction.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location was smack bang in the middle of it all. Happy that tours picked us up from the front door and dropped us off there. Dining room is great and the staff were so welcoming and helpful

very convenient and comfortable on check out, due to earthquake- Conceirge Khun Non assisted us to get a taxi to airport ; he carried 4 luggages across the congested main road for us. He tirelessly helped me to find a taxi and used his personal phone to get a grab car for us. Great initiative and he went outside his scope of service to assist us. Shout out to Khun Non for excellent service. I call him - my guardian angel. Thank you Khun Non for keeping us safe !!We managed to reach the airport in time for our flight homeZ

Very good location,next to office buildings and a huge shopping mall. Very convenient! Friendly staff!

Room design is a bit old and smells if not enough aircon.

The breakfast is excellent, full of options. The hotel staff is willing to help and very polite. The room is also pretty good.

The only thing is that there are no smart tvs.

This is my second time and it was very good again.

There is a strong smell of cigarette all the time in our floor. It’s also been in my first staying there the last time in another floor.

The value for money is good.The staff is professional, especially Minnie and Mook, who were very attentive, professional, and friendly!!

My Skyline room was very comfortable and had a great view. The staff were very helpful, esp the concierge. MRT & shopping a walk away.

The traffic noise late at night is noticeable even 24 floors up. During the day not so much. The deluxe rooms at the back of the hotel have no such problem.

Room dirty and smelly

Location was great with shopping centres, trains and markets close by. We enjoyed the pool, gym, pool table and onsen very much! The hotel gave us a free glass of bubbles on nye which was really nice.

We didn't try the breakfast as we thought it was a bit expensive. The pool table was a bit old.
