Close to airport! Decent breakfast, but small dining area. Staff was very helpful!

Hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. They took care of taxi in the morning, etc.

The location is difficult. It is close to the airport on the map, but the problem is you can't get there from the hotel because of crazy Thai highway system. It is definitely not walking distance from the airport unless maybe you are a back packer

Our room had 2 units of poorly maintained air-cond units that made loud rattling noise whole night long. Despite complaining to the reception staff, nothing was done to rectify it. Our 2 nights stay resulted in very very poor sleep…

Efficient staff; good check in not long before midnight.Decent sized clean room, with everything we needed.Fantastic value for money in Bangkok so close to the airport.For anyone who is not mobility impaired/elderly; it is a 15 minute easy walk to the hotel from Door 1 of the International Terminal.

Everything was good. Would have gladly stayed multiple days. We have stayed in 7 hotels in Bangkok over the last several months, and this room was the best value for money.

room was clean and had space for our luggage. polite staff that helped us move in. free water in lobby. excellent toiletries provided. not easy to access from airport but quick ride to the airport.

bed was ok, not too comfy. horrible horrible smell from the bathroom. balcony but it was barred off. lift but still have to do a few steps to access it. multiple buildings so we had to walk to ours.

Perfect for a 1 night stay if you're flying from Don Mueang. The room was clean, close to the airport and the stuff were nice. Good value for money.

Located near Don Muang Airport, which is very easy to get to the airport on foot.

The room is with A/C but it seemed not to work well because I didn’t feel the cool from it. At night, it was noisy (like from a big machine somewhere upstairs).

stairs to rooms on upper floors coukd be a little awkward but staff happy to assist with any baggage

It's a simple hotel but very clean, spacious, close to the airport and quite comfortable.Good value for money

The only thing I didn't like is that once you do check in they take you to a building that's almost Infront of the reception I guess it's like the second part of the hotel.

It is not walking distance from the airport as advised. We paid $15 for a taxi from the Don meun airport. Please remove the information that you can walk from the airport. The staff confirmed with me before I arrived to get a taxi.

Such kind staff. Kept our luggage for us for a while - everyone is really friendly. Location is very convenient because near the airport but still many local food places around. Great breakfast and value for money. Good WiFi.

Most sincere staff at any hour of day or night. 20 hour access to just about any service ever wished for or desperately in need of from cobbler, to laundry, to hair dresser, to tailor, to Spa salon, to grocery stores, to a couple floating markets too, to any type of Thai cuisine desired in and around the neighborhood, as well as connections bakery and even American pizza when craving the munchies.

My Thai wife and I stay only here when in Bangkok, so we are most fond of all and find nothing wrong here what-so-ever when we come pledging simply to relax and get away from everything formal and demanding in our lives.Note, only bath towels are provided yet a wash rag or Loufa sponge is available for $1 purchase around the neighborhood. Men, no sink plug for a shaving bassen neither but there are bowls in the lobby to fill with hot water to make do.
