Facilities are old and dated: nothing seemed to work

Friendly staff, helpful and kind! Very professional. Room is nice.

My room was right next to the smoking area and you could hear people walking, talking etc.

Breakfast was ok and access directly into the hotel is a bit awkward from a taxi as it is down a small alleyway.

It feels like a paradise. Very beautiful, clean and quiet. A nice place to wind down from the business of the city. The staff is also very kind. The taxi couldn’t get to the front door, but someone from the staff came and got us with a golf cart so we didn’t have to walk with our bags. 10/10 would recommend.

Lovely place that is a little hidden from the city. Facilities and room are well maintained. We had a nice and comfortable stay here under the care of the nice staff!

The only downside for us is the location being a little inconvenient. We had to figure out how to reach here on the first day as the route on Google map is not updated. We also had to take taxi from close by hotel because it is not possible for vehicles besides bikes to reach this place.

In a less touristy area. Lovely pool area. Really helpful staff. Great interconnecting rooms. Efficient air conditioning.

An oasis in the urban jungle. The staff were lovely. The location is good. The room was clean and well presented. Plenty of water, tea and coffee. Great little pool for the kids. The all you can eat breakfast options were few and expensive. Access is tight for taxis and it's a bit of a walk to the main road. Overall though a fantastic stay.

Everything was great: beautiful room, spacious, clean! Super friendly and helpfull staff, great service! Nice green garden with a small pool and enough areas to relax. All in all a wonderful place!

No kettle in room. The location is good for quiet but to get to the hotel you have to walk down small alleyways which at night can feel dodgy if your new to Thailand.
