Convenience

First of the staff. Not helpful or tried to help. On the other hand, noise could be heard from room. The housekeeping staff would be on hallways and be loud.

Conveniently located at the DMK airport. Clean.

The TV wasn’t set up for YouTube viewing. I could not control the thermostat and it was very cold in the room.

the room lighting is too dim, there’s only 1 ceiling light and 1 bedside light.

Our second stay here wasn’t as enjoyable as the first. Though convenience is the selling point…you don’t leave the terminal building…the noise from other guests between 11:30 pm and 12 am was disturbing. There is no refuge from the echoing voices in the hallway, nor from the doors opening and closing in rooms on either side of us. Walls are paper-thin, and light can be seen around the perimeter of the door to the hallway from the inside. The rooms are dimly lit, even with all lights blazing, especially over the bathroom sink and mirror.

The convenience of staying at the Sleep Box was great. I didn't have to leave the airport at all. It was easy to find and close to the departure area for my early flight the next morning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and well maintained. The unit looked exactly as pictured on the site.

The air conditioning is part of the airport air conditioning system and it is not possible to change the temperature. This made the room a bit cold. The staff was very forthcoming with this information before I was shown to the room and they offered solutions and alternatives. I just put on my winter clothes and covered my ears with my sleep mask. It was fine for the couple of hours I slept there.

nice location for resting for those who need to transfer flights at DMK airport. food court and convenient stores are available near the spot.

reception desk is impatient on solving customer’s problem. hairdryer wasn’t seen at the room, but it was provided only by request. showering temperature is remain cold and air conditioning is too strong/cold and not adjustable.

It was clean and perfect for what I needed as did not have to worry about taxis or shuttles - just walk out door and downstairs yo check in!

Only downfall was that air-conditioning was SOOO COLD - that even wearing a jumper to bed did not warm me up.

Easy and time saving, the bed was comfortable.

The place was quiet, which was lucky because the sounds from the corridor could easily be heard in the room

Location was excellent. Room and bathroom looked clean.

Sound insulation is bad. You can hear neighbors. You can here what i asssumed were rodents scurrying inside the walls.

The staff manner and cleanliness of hotel are perfect. Easy to check in for early flight at DMK. On that day, the price was very competitive to another hotel near the airport. Sadly, the hotel has its own promotion on that day (Should check the hotel before booking via any app)

The room is small just like you sleep in container. The air conditioner cannot adjust the temperature. I can smell the food smell thru the AC. There are not many facilities inside the room. There are bed, lamp, 2 lights(1 in bedroom & 1 in toilet), TV, small table next to bed. There are 2 free bottles of water provided.The bed was so so compared to the hotel with the same price.

Near at the airport

No warm water in the shower. The room was very chilly/cold!

Clean, crisp and just what was needed on an 11hour layover - a decent bed to sleep in and a shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location however only proved a little challenging because I was coming out at Terminal 1 and the SleepBox is located in Terminal 2.

You can’t actually transfer internally between Terminal 1 and 2. You need to get either a transit visa or visa-on-arrival to access the gen-pop areas and transit to T2 (which is a short walk)

I couldn’t get any hot water for my shower.the room was like an ice box; they did provide 2 more blankets; no English tv channelsbed was very uncomfortable./ hard bed

Place is convenient for travelers who are transit in Bangkok (Don Mueng airport) to proceed next flight at the same airport. Staff are quite supportive.

However, the price is expensive and just allow 10 hours per section is not convenient for those whose transit time is long.It would be great if there is special price for long transit travelers.

Disappointing

Overly expensive.No access to main key. Need to rely maid on opening door.Hot water not working.No wifi

WiFi available is disingenuous, it's airport WiFi you have to reconnect to every hour. Cell was depressing and no light to read in bed.

Located inside the don mueng domestic terminal so it's ideal for people who want to take some rest due to layover Since its on the same floor of the other food courts no need to worry about food and refreshments The toilet was super clean though the water was not sufficiently hot Since located in the terminal u will hear the announcements but it wasn't too bad.

The shower water wasn't hot enough and the hot water flow wasn't sufficient.
