S Ratchada Leisure Hotel

It was close to a lot of attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

The bathroom was not clean. Their was mold in the bathroom. The leather couches in the hotel lobby were peeling everywhere.

Our swimming pool access room was good, Big and comfortable room. Away from noise. Staff are very respectful, Amin is a helpful person.

The property had a great poolView, the breakfast was great and staff were extremely helpful and nice.

Excellent staff, clean, comfortable beds, lovely, big bathroom with bathtub. Huge room with table for eating. The manager in the restaurant is super friendly and even brought us hot latte each day.

The facilities. Rooms are large. Good bathroom. The breakfast was ok.

Hair in the bathtub when I checked in. No balcony or proper opening windows. The window opens a tiny amount. Noise from other guests as the doors do not keep sound out.

The only friendly staff at this hotel were the doorman and housekeeping. They were the only ones who were polite.

This hotel offers the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The breakfast was terrible—bland and even the bread was awful. I’ve never had such a bad breakfast in my life. To make matters worse, I saw bugs crawling on the breakfast table. The place may seem clean at first, but in reality, it’s filthy.The reception staff were unbelievably rude, especially the older woman who was the most unfriendly. I stayed for a total of 5 days, and for the first 2 days, I didn’t request room cleaning. I needed extra water, and when I asked for more, that staff member told me it would be chargeable. After I explained the situation, she reluctantly gave me the water, clearly annoyed. If you’re going to treat guests like that, you should just quit. People like her should not be working in hotels or the service industry. If this employee denies it when this review is brought up internally, then she is truly a person without conscience.We are not Chinese, yet the staff immediately started speaking to us in Chinese without even checking our nationality. Why not just speak English? Assuming a guest’s nationality is not only unprofessional, but also insulting. One of the younger receptionists even laughed when we told her we weren’t Chinese. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Train your staff properly!When I asked to leave my luggage at the reception, they didn’t even give me a luggage tag. What if my luggage got lost? When I asked for one, they finally gave me a tag, but it seems like they don’t know how to do their job properly.Overall, this hotel is terrible. There was a bad smell in the room, and when I reported it, no one came to address the issue. The reception staff has no understanding of customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. It’s cheap for a reason, and my money was completely wasted.Also, the soundproofing in the room is awful. It was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep.

Swimming pool was ok however the tiles on the edges were broken. Not maintained properly.

The size of the room and bed

Unfriendly staff not willing to help. We need to leave early -booked 5 days can only stayed for 2 nights. Told them the day we checked in and willing to paid extra day , even the hotel was fully booked and I saw them turn away walk-in guests, they would not reimburse us! We ended up paying 5 nights but only stayed for 2! The breakfast was not good like left overs from previous dinner .

The kitchen staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the ladies at the front desk helped me with a travel issue which was very nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend 10/10!!!

Great staff, good big rooms, good swimming pool.

Ive visited a few times, the aircon can be noisy. Coachloads of visitors who do tend to make a bit of noise especially on arrival.

The room itself was great

Very far away from anything (not sure if this is just Bangkok). Asked staff for milk for tea in the room and put me through to different people who told me they didn’t have any although there’s an inclusive restaurant - it was just lazy. Also when asked for a taxi to the centre they told me to cross the road to some random men with bikes who weren’t helpful at all so I walked for ages until a taxi finally pulled over. Reception staff were nice the following day.
