Close to Chinatown. Room was nice and quiet as it overlooked the inner courtyard. Breakfast was OK.

Location, style, great staff

The atmosphere is very nice, staff are polite and speak well English. Location is top, close to Chinatown night markets !

Location. Staff interactions were always easy and able to help us at several junctures. Room was clean and good for our stay.

Location is great. Close to center of China town, 711 around easy to access to good foods. Bed was good. Reception looks very nice. And staffs are very friendly and helpful

Breakfast could be more varied

The rooms are clean and comfortable in the heart of Chinatown.

The breakfast spread was very minimal and not worth the money.

My first stay was amazing, clean, amazing staff, no noise, everything good

But we came back 3 days after, and : room front to the street, impossible to sleep, drunk people (like 30 people) in the middle of the night making so much noise, and we asked to the staff when we left to keep our luggage fuew days, they said no… very dispointed for my second stay… especially for this price…

Great location and clean rooms and hotel generally and very friendly staff.

Nice central location and 7/11 nearby. There is a common room that you can use to hang out in, there is coin operated laundry washer and dryer, microwave, bathroom and shower, pool table, couches, Tv and A/C . This was really nice since we could use it after we checked out to eat and chill until it was time to leave to our next destination. That made it so easy and relaxing when checking out. Also being able to do your laundry and chill in the air condition and watch tv was really great. Also coffee downstairs and tour company ready to help book anything you want to do. Security guard at the door was great, he helped with loading and off loading and opening the doors. This place was very convenient and they thought about everything you could or would need and made that available for you in property.

Incredible location right in the heart of Chinatown with amazing food, sights and massage options all around. It's way less busy and intense than the Sukhumvit area, but still feels like quintessential Bangkok. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with everything you may need. It's a great value hotel, highly recommend.

Room smell wasn’t the best but acceptable.

Staff were very helpful and courteous. Always with a smile on their faces. Once asked about the breakfast buffet and girl at the front desk told us to look at the food selection first so we are sure that the kids will eat before asking for payment. The door man was also very polite.Near 711 and Chinatown.

We liked the location of the hotel and the cleanliness of the room. The breakfast is a good value for money, and is served daily from early morning, giving the chance to kick the day off quite early, if needed.

The hotel is really clean, the staff are friendly, and there’s a nice café inside. Plus, it’s conveniently located close to Chinatown.

The lift is a bit small, but it’s not really a problem.
