The staff went out of their way to be attentive to my needs after my surgery.. I highly recommend this place both for the convenient location to the hospital and the wonderful staff. Fantastic breakfast too!

great staff, they take an effort to know the guests to ensure any visitors get the most out of their experience, the rooms are as described, nothing less and the breakfast is some of the best I've had in hotels anywhere, they even pack the leftovers and keep em in the lobby for the guests to snack on later in the day which is a great touch to add to the experience and reduce wastage.

WiFi in my room was spotty.

The staff were utterly nice! Super helpful and hospitable. The location is great, rooms are cleany and well equipped. Breakfast is also really good. We had a great stay for a week.

Everything was awesome!

The decor was fantastic and really gave the impression of being in someone's home. The room was well appointed with a fairly large bath and walk-in shower.

The only thing lacking, in my opinion, was some form of fitness space. I knew that when I booked so it was not really an issue.

I love this hotel. It is one of my favorite family hotels in Bangkok. Everything is nearby. The grand Deluxe room is so spacious with a big toilet. The staff are amazing always ready to help. Surrounded with many shops, pharmaceris, and restaurants. Taxis are avillable at the doorstep of the hotel and near to nana and phelon Chit BTS.

Location, friendly staff and classy decor

It took me as a surprise with what pictures which were shown and what the hotel is. There lot more to capture in hotel every small thing was picture perfect. The staff was so good felt like home. Breakfast menu which you cannot miss, small but very flavor full, the location bang on main road near to every best possible destination.

This is a beautiful hotel. Reminds me of The Drake in Chicago. Antique oriental furniture throughout the hotel. Excellent customer service, room cleaned spotless every day, friendly kind staff. 5 minute walk to Nana Plaza. . This will be one of my favorite hotels to stay when I am in Bangkok.

Very unique and very tastefully arranged . Never gets boring . The staff is very polite and always ready to give an helping hand. I really like this place. I am also a designer and the person who design this hotel deserves 5 stars for sure !

This time , the room was very nice as usual, but the window was view to a wall with 40 cm distance between the window and the wall of the adjacent building. So unfortunately very noisy… But if you are in a room on the other side , very quiet .

Brilliant hotel with excellent facilities, in a great location and with excellent staff that smiled a lot. :)The breakfast was very nice, staff were on hand to cook eggs too.Also, the team allowed us to check out at 4pm too due to a later flight, thank you very much!We stayed only a couple of nights but can easily stay here for much longer.

Nothing that wasn't already mentioned by other reviewers. For example, the noise but that's Bangkok for you. :)

Lovely place with character and charm. Helpful staff. Perfect location for travel to Bumrungrad hospital.

The mattress was not very comfortable but other than that, my stay was wonderful.

Great location ( closer to Bumrunggrad hospital)

Very noisy, room was clean and very nice furniture, however it is very noisy days and nigts. The vehicle noise was wake us up every night

Location was good however it is a bit of a walk from the nearest BTS. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was big as well however power points in the room were not conveniently located (not next to the bed).

The aesthetic/design of the hotel and rooms are dated. Unfortunately, there was a power outage in the building during my stay, however it was quickly rectified.

As for breakfast, I think the menu was limited for me as a Muslim. I only had fruit, eggs, and pancakes. I also think the breakfast area was somewhat small and dimly lit. The accommodation is excellent in a lively area from which you can reach many shopping centers, restaurants, and cafes on foot. It is only half an hour away from the airport.

What I didn't like was the wooden barrier on the reception desk, which creates a sense of separation between guests and staff. It also feels somewhat insulting to guests, especially women, as one has to bend down to speak to the staff through the small windows in the barrier. It would be better if it were removed to facilitate easier communication with the staff and guests, making the conversation feel more hospitable and friendly. Additionally, it would give a greater sense of space in the reception areaThere are suggestions that could improve the stay at the hotel:Change the breakfast area by utilizing the rooftop and turning it into an open garden and a closed dining area that is brighter and allows smokers to use the open garden.Convert the breakfast area on the ground floor into a massage area managed by the hotel, contracting with specialized massage providers, and allowing guests to book appointments for these designated areas.Finally, remove the wooden barrier at the reception desk.

The staff is very kind and ready to help the guest. The room was clean and confy. Very nice shower. The breakfast is the best, a great variety of salty and sweet choice. Most of them prepared at the moment.

The streets around are quite touristic and crowded.

I arrived early and they allowed me to checkin early without additional cost and they even gave me free breakfast on the day of my arrival. First time to experience such hospitality in my years of travel. Kudos Sara’s Hotel!
