Citin Sukhumvit 11 Nana Bangkok by Compass Hospitality

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times before. I like the location and the value for money aspect of the hotel.

I have stayed at this hotel multiple times before. However, this time there were several small cockroaches in the room, running around on the floor, which was most unpleasant.

The room was spacious and clean. The AC was cold. The bed was firm. There is a water dispenser that we can use to refill our bottle. The hotel location near BTS Nana, 7-11, a good place for massage, and lots of restaurants near.

There is no laundry service.

Located just off Soi 11 so location is convenient.

The hotel is old, dirty, and overpriced for what it is. The rooms have thin doors and walls and you can hear everything in the hallway and outside on the street. I wasn't able to get any sleep in my room,

I had asked for a large bed and got 2 twins..not happy

Budget hotel indeed. Location is convenient. Reception people are smile.

Minimum 1 bell boy should be available. Room size 503 n 502 is too small.Interior is too old.

Very cheep rooms are clean the stairs was full of boxes and paint tubs but can't complain for the price

noisy. My room was where glass recycling took place every two to three nights and it occurred from 2 am to 4 amAlso because the hotel is budget friendly and i am not complaining about that, but it does invite your budget conscious client who can be loud and in big crowds. The noise level definitely went up during weekends.The hotel is also old. So if you like it ritzy and new, it will not fit your bill

Staff at the front desk were really good and cleaning ladies did a good job as well.

Cockroaches in the bathroom and bed room. Hot water was not available all the time, even after technician fixed it only worked in the morning & rest of the day no hot water.

Location was fantastic and in close proximity to public transport.

1. Cockroaches on property. We did not bring food into the room but we still saw a number of cockroaches around the room, especially in the toilet area.Room smelt damp and musty. 2. Not the hotel’s fault by any measure, but there was noise from the nightlife establishments nearby at night, which caused slight disturbances to sleep.

I recently stayed at Citin Hotel and while the hotel itself is nice and comfortable, my experience was ruined by the receptionist named Ctn. She never smiled, made my stay unpleasant, and even tried to scream in front of me. She also didn't allow delivery services to bring me food, which was incredibly frustrating. It's a shame that such a nice hotel is being overshadowed by such poor service from one staff member. I hope the management takes notice and addresses this issue."

Great Location close to BTS Nana bars, and clubs place to eat. Was very quiet room however only a few from high rise parking garage.

Bare bones room with no coffee, tea or anything provided. 1000 baht deposit for what???? The BIG NEVER AGAIN were the 6 cock roaches I killed running around at night with my things on the counter top near TV and refrigerator. Many more in room with with a few seen in the bathroom as well. Skid marks on the bed sheets and cover. Is this what your money buys in a low price room? Better options available in Bangkok for the money. TV did not work some kind of movie screen but locked up most of the time. All in All.. terrible experience with the bugs. I will not ever return to this hotel when in Bangkok.

The location at Soi 11. A great location for Party,Food and 7-11 stores.

Hotel doesn't provide, Toothbrushes,lotion,comb and Bar soap. Only have bath liquid soap and Shampoo. Room don't have hair dryer. Room was leaking with Rainwater due to bad ceilings. Walls were in patches of paint and cement.

I arrived much later than my wife. The staff allowed her.to check in earlier. The assigned a smaller room tha had. Even booked. .I will never book this place again

The staff couldn't understand English. The room was not cleaned even after requesting that it.be cleaned. It was dirty .. very poorly managed hotel....
