Never got to use it but the pool was nice .

Unless you need to be in this area the location is out of the way . Room very basic .

Great hotel with a pool on the top of the roof. The gym has air conditioning at certain times. Staff was great and very friendly. It was convenient stay and affordable near airport.

All was great but not sure if the restaurant was open at night.

No soap for the sink.. Didficult to get into through the gate. No one answered the bell.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the Skytrain's yellow line. It's also just across the road from a large shopping centre, which was very handy. The room and beds are very comfortable. Shower, hot water & air-con were all good. Bottled water was provided daily. The included breakfast was good. Staff were very helpful & friendly. The rooftop pool was wonderful, especially as it is open until 9pm. The gym looked well equipped, although we didn't use this on our trip this time.

It takes time to travel in to central Bangkok by metro/skytrain, if needing to go there. Otherwise, there's nothing we didn't like.

Good location, close to malls and night market and a large park (Sanam Luang). Large and comfortable rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice pool on the roof with clean and tidy surroundings and small gym. Nice breakfast (set menu) 7/11 about 5 minutes walk and street food options on the street.

Check out at 5:45 am staff keen, fridge and bathroom new, two key cards.

Door slamming needs sound proofing, beds very firm

Great staff, friendly and professional. Rooms are large and comfy, the pool on the rooftop is pleasant. walking distance to the MRT line and big shopping mall, nightmarket.

A bit noisy with traffic depending on room orientation.

Location and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable.

Breakfast could be better. Reception personal is very kind, but they don't have information on tours or anything related to leisure, could be inconvenient if you want to book something last minute.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff super frie dly and helpful, especially Mister AE at the front desk and Mai in the restaurant. The restaurant food was great and prices were good. Also super easy to cross the main road on a walkway into the massive Seacon Square shopping centre, which is a 2min walk away. 5min more and you're in the Train Night Market, which opens every Thursday to Sunday 17:00 till midnight. An absolute must, huge market with clothing, food and a lot more. The rooftop swimming pool was also great and from there you have a very nice view of the city, 360 degrees. I really enjoyed my stay at De Botan, and will surely be back! Thank you all!

Staff is helpful, room is fine for the price. I stayed 6 months on the 5th floor and 3 nights on the 8th. The 3 night cost about the same as a month on 6m lease. Across from seacon mall. 2 yellow line station one one each direction.3x 7/11, 1 lotus, 1 tops convenient store.250b Bolt to airport. 130b bolt to mega bungna. 80b motorcycle taxi to most down town asoke..

The area can be less exciting than other parts of Bkk

Very good location, Seacon Square Srinakarin is opposite, Paradise park is nearby. Also Yellow monorail station is near by.

It was a perfect little spot to just enjoy the quiet side of Bamgkok! Staff is excellent and very friendly and kind! If you want to relax after the crazy Pattaya and Bangkok city it's perfect. Thank you

Location was good. Right opposite Seacon Square Mall. 7-11 within walking distance.

The Junior Suite that I stayed in, Room 821 had a noisy air conditioner. Noise disturbed my sleep as it was quiet unbearable. However, as I stayed only 1 night, decided to let it go.

Room was good size, beds nice and pool area is lovely. Staff are so welcoming and guests have a direct access way to Seacon shopping mall.Bonus for us wash having self service laundry services onsite which was great.Would recommend.

The only positive aspect about this hotel was the friendly staff.

The hotel room was very dirty (there were stains on the bed sheets), a strange smell was coming from the bathroom, and the window couldn’t be closed completely, which made the noise from the main road extremely loud.

-Good size, modern room.-Decent gym, but it needs a pull-up bar :) -Nice pool -The restaurant downstairs charges local rates, very usable.-10 minutes walk from Seacon Mall.In this building, floors 1 to 5 are for residents and floors 7 to 8 are for hotel guests.

-You have to leave your passport or 1000 baht as a deposit. -You can hear people in the hall out side the room.-I wasn't able to find a towel for the pool.-The TV was not a smart TV, just local channels.-No pull up bar in the gym.It's worth a visit, it's a nice place for couples.
