Smooth check in , large clean room , great location , nice staff

Good stuff, amazing swimming pool for Bangkok (large and warm).

We had some troubles with hot water in our arrival day, but this problem was solved on the morning. Air condition is located in such way that sleeping on one bad is very freezing.

The hotel service is very good, and the rooms are cleaned every day.

The room equipment（Air conditioning, TV, shower, lookslike old objects from decades ago, very old)is very old and does not match the modern hotel lobby and external environment.

The hotel is near 2 big supermarkets. The cleaners and Dee (from reception) were very helpful and nice. The materace was good (hard, but we liked that).

The room doesn't look as beautiful and new as on the photos. The room reminded me of a student dorm from 90's. The balcony looks terrible and doesn't have any chairs or table to use. We had frequent problems with WiFi. The sink got blocked 3 times within 10 days of our stay even though we didn't do anything to block it. The lady that we met at the reception on the last day FORGOT somehow to give us the key card deposit 500Baht (I had to ask for it, even though this should be the standard procedure so she should remember about it)

Big rooms, clean, cleaning ladies were very helpfull. Nice location, in the center but not noisy.

No breakfast, there is a small restaurant with nice coffee but they didn't have almost anything to eat.No loundry service only washing machin with coins.The guys in the couner very serious and need to smile more.

didn’t like the hotel at all. poor service. not very clean. no bellman. hotel looks quite old and I wasn’t staying at standard room as people were recommending to book superior type of room and yet I’m still disappointed

The rooms are amazing: clean, spacious, bright, nice design. The outdoor swimming pool is very big and not very busy in the morning. The staff is nice: helped me with the plug adaptor.

Consider the location. It's a bit far if you like to walk everywhere on foot like me. Had to take the sky train to get to the main tourist sightseeing.

Security was good, housekeeping was excellent front of house was also excellent room was good and the gym , small but ok, the pool I think suffered from the tallness of the building casting a shadow and limiting when the sun was over the pool, but there were people swimming , overall the best hotel I have stayed at for the price , I would stay there again in a heartbeat !

Basically a realy nice apartment hotel. Nice everything except the air con. The appalling roar, position and uncontrolability of the thing takes this place from hero to zero. We come from cold climates - air con is a huge deal.

Air con. Might seem like nit picking but coming from a cold climate into the tropics makes air con hugely significant and this place has decided it's the one thing that doesn't matter. Apalling when everything else is so well done.

Spacious room with good view, huge swimming pool, nice lobby, friendly staff, overall great place and great value for money.

Not the best area with no shops or cafes nearby, 10~15 minutes walk to train station. More annoyingly, the wifi doesn't work. They gave me wifi password for login but it didn't work during my entire stay. If you have to use wifi for video call, work etc. it might not be the right place for you.

Very clean, room was a good size. Really enjoyed the pool, steam room and jacuzzi. Good coffee in coffee shop.Staff were very nice and welcoming especially Paul
