Great overnight stay..room was clean ,sraff was polite, and check in was seamless

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. I loved it!

This hotel sets the standard for cleanliness. Every corner sparkled. Staff were always available, courteous, and ready to help without being intrusive :)

Nice rooms, nice bed, nice location… all pretty good tbh

Only issue was a leak in our shower or something, so our bathroom was constantly flooded a little.We probs just got unlucky with that 1 room though

The location was ideal and the staff were very friendly . It’s close to the BTS and two malls and a lot of restaurants and food options.

The amount of mold in the bathroom, small bugs, the only window being unable to close. The water after showering getting all over the floor, the broken appliances such as the bathroom sink ( which had a bucket under the hose). The cracked toilet seats that look like someone boiled it. The mold again is everywhere from the shower to the sink to the toilet. During my stay the hose from the toilet was already rusted and the pipe exploded.

My principle concern is the 2 scam messages I got on Whatsapp a week or so after I made my booking with this hotel. The scammers had my name, phone number and details of my booking. It was very difficult to raise this with booking.com, and I have yet to receive a response from them. When I arrived at the hotel, I complained about it to the receptionist. She asked if I had seen the email she had sent me through booking.com to warn me about it. I hadn't, because I hadn't received it. I don't think she was lying; it was more likely an omission. Very worrying overall, and I am considering switching to another hotel booking service.

The location was decent, the hotel itself "looked nice"

Literally the most foul smelling hotel room I have ever been in my entire life. And I've stayed in 100s of hostels all over the world. Yet I have never smelled a more nasty room in my life. I asked the front desk person if I could be switched and tried a total of 3 rooms, but it didn't matter. They all smelled absolutely disgusting. And I am a man, a man who works out and exercises, who may not always remember to shower daily. And it was STILL GROSS. I literally couldn't stay there, let alone bring a guest. Seriously have these people never heard of bleach? A little bleach would have fixed that right up, maybe a scented candle or some incense. It just shows the people who run this place literally do not care about anything other than a bed and a roof. Awful for hte price. I wouldn't have stayed there for free. I wouldn't have stayed there if you PAID me to stay there.If you are sensitive to bad smells, STAY AWAY. If you are NOT sensitive to bad smells but have a functioning nose, DO NOT STAY THERE. I'm still waiting for Booking.com to refund me

Location is great and its clean and good value for the money in a short stay.

The ac had the wind right on my head all night and it was annoying.

Location is nice, room was of adequate size except have no balcony which can be reason for annoyance for smokers.

No balcony, No option for breakfast on premise.

I return again and again fantastic location to BTS, shopping malls some ripper restaurants and walk to the pub

Great stay

The location was ideal and close to the major hospitals, attractions and shopping ( Msphere, Emquartier and Emporium, others). The staff were professional, courteous and very helpful. My room was spacious and has a working station and a dining table.

There is no restaurant, cafe or dining area in the building. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby though. Also there is no laundry service but there is a service provider who could pickup and drop your laundry.

Close to a BTS station, cafes, restaurants, and shops.

Some walls of the room had water damage. The shower area was poorly designed, so water got onto the floor every time I showered. The door knob was loose, making it easy for someone to break in, and I didn't feel secure. I couldn't get the TV to work. Over the several years that I've been staying there, the price has increased but the quality has decreased.
