Nice facilities staff and clean room

It's quite far from central.

Comfortable bed with a clean sheet.Excellent location - near BTS Wongwian Yai. Good facilities, with lots of convenient stores and restaurants nearby. Overall, a peaceful stay.

The water heater requires some time to function, typically 1-2 minutes. Some areas might be a little bit dusty, such as the cabinet and headboard.Free WiFi is a little bit slow, but acceptable.

Bathroom fixtures are old, need update

Staff are so accommodating and speaks English well. The room was spacious for my family of three. Location is near Icon Siam which has become a fave mall of ours.

The location of the hotel was good, and the atmosphere was good, especially if you want to stay with the family. Transport link with on 100meter.It is neat and clean, and every day was room service.Staff was very humble.I would recommend to stay there.

Not good value for money. Located near BTS, but very far away from the center. The room was small and dark with a small window towards the wall. Wind was blowing through the window in the night and was quite noisy. Might be suitable for like 3 nights or less

Client service and experience was very good! Friendly and accomodating staff and always making sure the room is clean. W Station is more like the neighbourhood hotel, that's very cozy and you can see a lot of thought has gone into the design, space and rooms trying to maximise every space possible. Also quieter nieghbourhood compared to most in Bangkok, it's very cozy and family orientated - made me relaxed and forget abit about the fast paced life back home in South Africa.Thank you for the awesome stay!

Check-in was smooth and the staff were really kind and welcoming. I chose this hotel because of the atmosphere in the photos, and it didn’t disappoint. The vibe was warm and cozy, not cold or clinical with harsh white lights like many places. The interior had a comfortable, inviting feel, just like the staff. I also appreciated that it wasn’t a huge hotel: it felt more personal. The restaurant had fair prices and the food was genuinely delicious. You can tell they really know how to cook. I was honestly amazed by how good it was.

The room was a bit smaller than I expected. Also, I had to pay for a broken glass that I didn’t break. It was in my room and after housekeeping had been there, I found the drinking glass with a crack in it. I hadn’t even used it. I didn’t want to get into a discussion on my second day there so I did not explain it and just paid for it.

Really close to 7/11 and the train station which made getting places super easy, the neighborhood was also totally ok.The room was really clean.

Great location for the foodie lovers that both my wife and I are. The reception we got was very welcoming having had a really long travel day ( 34 hrs to be precise) and our original accommodation had fell through much to our surprise when we arrived. Let's just say the W Station family came to the rescue. We would definitely stay again

W Station is highly recommended. I booked four rooms, all of which were clean (they clean daily), with modern interiors and comfortable beds. 2 bottles of water were provided and being replaced everydayThe receptionist and staff were attentive, helpful, and some could speak English. The hotel offers luggage storage, a lobby area with tables for dining, and a small veranda for smoking and relaxing. The elevator is functional. It is a five-minute walk to the nearest BTS station and about 30 minutes from BKK airport.Overall, the stay was satisfying, and I highly recommend it!

The AC in two rooms worked perfectly, but rooms 403 and 407 took a long time to cool down. We reported this to the reception, and they immediately offered to transfer us to another room. Since we preferred not to move, they provided an electric fan instead.

Staff, especially last night, opened bar when we arrived late.

Single bed in our room, was hard to sleep on.

The lovely dog who is always ready to greet you and spend time with you when you leave and come back. Rooms are comfy. Cleaners are friendly. Dog owner I think is the Gardner/maintenance he is also friendly.

No handsoap in bathroom. Staff aren’t very friendly or helpful with advice

Close to BTS Wongwian Yai. There is also a nice bar adjacent and another between hotel and BTS station. There is a decent view.Outside the reception, there is sweet German Shepherd that gets far too little attention. Despite what one might expect form this breed, Khanun makes no attempt to protect her surroundings. She will greatly appreciate anyone who takes a little time to pet her and maybe play a little. Unfortunately, she’s not allowed in the air-conditioned reception area. Wifi is good.

The water temperature in the shower takes a whle to reach comfortable levels and then fluctuates within 30s. Rooms could be more spacious for the money, but close proximity to BTS Wongwian Yai makes up for this.

Very tidy, friendly and helpful staff, handy to the train, 7-11 nearby, hawkers at night or early morning if fancy a quick breakfast or late dinner.

The price - this is great value for money. The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. Special mention to Kha-nun, the resident dog of the hotel.Location - the hotel was only about 5 minutes away from the Wongwian Yai station. Iconsiam is just two stations (transfer to another line included) away.

Breakfast options weren't that varied. So if you're staying for 4 nights or more and you choose to have your daily breakfast at the hotel, this might be a challenge. Food is still good, though.
