Klean Residence

It was a simple residential apartment at a lower cost. No noise around the area, close to the temples and Chao Praya River. There's a moderate 7/11 right across the street.

The location is very far from all the major tourist points like Centerworld, Prattyunum market, Platinum Mall etc. It's in a very shabby neighborhood, the room was very basic, the hot water in the shower doesn't work, the staff aren't really overtly friendly.You will have to carry your own luggage and pay safety deposit fee of 500 Baht which they will return upon check out if no damages are done.The BTS station nearby is not a major station so you will likely need to change tracks very often if you choose to travel thru it.Overall, it's a simple, budget friendly accommodation.

Big room, 7-eleven next to the hotel, very close to a bts station. We could have a very eraly check-in for some bhat and a late check-out (100 bhat per hour).

The room was a little smelly when the AC wasn't on. The AC was pretty loud and strong.

room is clean and tidy, 60% new but they keep the room comfortable. However, the air-conditioner is very noisy while turning on. It was ok while I were staying there in Winter because I turned if off when I were sleeping. You couldn't do that in Summer. Even though they provide washing machine and drier, you don't want to use it.

I like a firm mattress however, this bed felt like I was trying to sleep on a pool table. Tiny black ants crawling around quickly on the counters, even in my opened suitcase. I didn’t have any food lying around.Lots of dust on many surfaces. Their name should say Dirty instead of Klean.

Fairly spacious room, cleaned daily. Good lift to upper floors. Very pleasant staff on reception. 7/11 just across the road. Some good food stalls very near by.

Love the location, morning easy find local breakfast. If not, U can find food or stuffs the 7-11 just right in front the hotel. Train station just few minutes within walking distance.

They missed clean our room sometime.but hope they can improve and alert next time.

Location that provides food, laundry service, and modes of transportation as it’s close to BTS Wongwienyai and the main road. Room charge per night is economical.

i loved that the 7-11 was right across the property! the staff was really friendly. the bed was quite comfortable

they were cockroaches in my room, also the smell wasn’t nice in the room. the aircon was cold but unfortunately way to loud. no free water. the curtain are unfortunately not thick enough.

Friendly staff who could communicate in English and able to provide you some information about how to travel around. Very clean rooms and overall hotel. Train station is just couple of mins walk from the hotel which was very handy to travel around the city. Microwave facility at the reception.

Could not find the way to go up to terrace, not sure if that was accessible or not.

Loved the location and room was a good size.

no one has cleaned under the bed for a long time full of dirt under the bed we got a double bed where one half moved away so we had to put a piece of luggage between the bed and the wall so the bed didn't slide away because it was 2 single beds put together

Fantastic location close to BTS, bars and local restaurants. It was very quiet no road noise and the staff were polite would definitely stay there again

Dogs are very loud all day long, at night especially. Not only barking... Couldnt sleep. Cant say anything good about staff too. Lift sometimes doesntbwork, same with wifi...
