Nice room, interesting bathroom

Staff was staring at us when we had dinner, quite creepy. Night clerk refused to let my bf go to the room while I was out smoking, said they had to have his ID. He had our key. We checked in together, very uncomfortable situation. NOT LBGT friendly

Nice location, very friendly staff, and SUPER clean. I stayed in a much higher rated hotel later in my stay and it paled in comparison to how crisp and clean this hotel felt. Lots of complimentary bottled water, refreshed daily. Staff kind and welcoming!

Disappointingly little to no hot water. You kinda need this after a long hot day in sticky and dirty Bangkok. I really hope they fix this because it's such a perfect spot otherwise! Also bed is hard (I liked this) but definitely not for everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located downtown. The staff were super friendly and very helpful. The rooms were well appointed with a comfy bed and nice hot showers. Nice buffet breakfast available in the morning. Highly recommend. Book early for best prices.

Great staff. Comfy beds, very clean, housekeeping comes early which we personally love, they even let us choose between 2 different rooms when they brought us up. Excellent location and they were all decorated for Christmas. We paid for daily breakfast and it was ok but if you have kids just know that they can’t order off the menu do their main item without an additional fee and it’s the same thing daily

The shower and bathroom sliding doors. And they are glass. For a family we don’t need to use the toilet with everyone watching and the slider leaks water because there isn’t a full seal between the shower and toilet areas so we had to put a towel on the toilet side to catch water

The location if the hotel, the kindness and friendliness of all the staff. the recommendation given by the hotel staff for massage and thai restaurant were both excellent.

It was the hottest month to be in Bangkok in April.

The location was convenient and not too far from Chinatown or Silom road where we enjoyed Songkran festivities

I didn’t like the limited breakfast options. My friend doesn’t eat pork so there was less variety available to her

It's near with all the famouse malls in Bangkok and it is also near with some mini marts like 7/11.Great place to stay.The beat thing is their free bfast that's included in the accomodation.

It was really nice to stay at Oriental Heritage Residence. Everything was clean and the personnel was very nice.

I loved our stay!!We got a fresh welcome pineapple juice at the arrival, left our stuff there and were able to check in earlier since the room was available. Great value for the money! Would definitely go back if I am in Bangkok.

I prefer larger hotels with more amenities but for this type it was fantastic

well decorated room, shower very good. Staff very friendly, the lady from reception was very helpful and made all the difference in our trip helping us to organize some tour trips!

Breakfast needs to be improved, not many choices, very basic

Breakfast was tasty and good value. Fried uk style plus local variety too. Evening meal was good too, with very friendly staff. Hotel & room were very clean. Good variety of food places nearby, including 7/11. Aircon works well. Chinatown a short ride away and river quay nearby too. I would certainly stay here again.

Our room was at rear so it was quiet, road to front is quite busy but this should not be prob if you’re out sightseeing during the day as it quietens down at night.
