Friendly and helpful staff. There was a quiet space for working. Good location.

Not allowed to eat food in the lobby/breakfast area. Wifi wasn't very fast in my room.

Small, poor customer service, we had sign for do not disturb and housekeeping went in room anyhow.

The staff gave amazing recommendations! But by far, included breakfast was phenomenal!

I enjoyed my stay thoroughly. Nothing that I didn't like. The rooftop bar was good for one drink.

Most of the staff at the hostel were very friendly and helpful, which made the stay quite pleasant. However, there was one staff member with a very bad attitude who was not helpful at all. It was disappointing to encounter such behavior, especially when everyone else was so welcoming. This one negative experience stood out, but overall, the atmosphere was decent thanks to the rest of the team.

Front desk staff was rude

Great location, close to the grand palace, Khao Dan road. Staff were incredibly helpful, felt safe in the area as a solo female traveller (still taking normal precautions).

Room was quite small, and no windows so it got quite stuffy at night. Overall a good stay for a stopover in Bangkok

I loved the night shift receptionist. He was so kind and patient, he was very helpful. He has very good work ethics. The hotel is also conveniently located around so many temples.

The breakfast selection is a la cart but only has four options. However, the options I did try were quite tasty.

I had way too much to drink and if it weren't for the receptionist waking me up I would have missed my taxi and flight home.

Overall, it was a good experience. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, and all the amenities were well maintained. I only wish the dorms were slightly bigger (i stayed in a 4 bed dorm)

Nothing much

The staff was unbelievably friendly and helped with anything you asked (or even without asking). The showers and bathrooms were very clean, room as well. There is a lift so you don’t have to carry your luggage up stairs. Beds or quite big and comfortable (even for a tall person), aircon in the room. Linen and towels also very clean and comfortable. They provide you with a locker and a padlock. Free coffee (instant) and water at reception. Little details like TV in each bunk with headphones so you can watch going to sleep were nice. It’s amazing value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and comfortable

Staff was awful. Only 1 out of 4 of the receptionists was kind. The other 3 were rude and not very nice.I checked out at 2 am and after an hour asked to go back to my bed (my flight was canceled last minute). They didn't help me at all. Said I have to pay for that night *again* even though I already paid for it. Obviously my room was not cleaned yet at this hour (they agreed on that)

Bed was cozzy, break fast was good

No amenities, guest were not allowed even friends staying in other rooms cant visit us, we cant order food online, 1min even late for check out 300bhat.

I liked how friendly the staff were. Place is accessible as well to the canal boat.

If you are a light sleeper, don’t sleep here. Walls are thin and if you are not used to noise, you might wake up to your bunk mates coming and going.

Well thought through hostel. Nice balcony. Curtains to close to make completely dark. Lockers provided. Food nextdoor is great. Location not close to BTS but to main sights in center

Clean, nice atmosphere, lots of places to relax and breakfast was delicious.

The free coffee is not good, it’s just instant and not real coffee
