Perfect location for good food. I recommend getting up and hitting the streets before 8am. There was a lady to the left when you walk out selling the best iced coffee around. It's served fresh from a bag and it's better than any coffee shop around.

They do not offer a shuttle service from the airport as advertised. It cost us almost 500 baht

Hotel was small but conveniently located. Reasonably priced. Close to lots of shops, restaurants, massage parlors, other services. Great little breakfast spot a few doors away.

Rooms were ok but beds not very comfortable (hard). Staff was pretty indifferent to guests. They all sat around the small lobby on their cell phones, or talking to each other, or sleeping.

The Superior Single and Superior Double are a bit of an exaggeration, and I like that. These rooms are small, and I am not, but I liked the cramped areas. I upgraded to the S Double for more space, but it is identical to the single. I like the consistency of space as a simpleton. There are 7 by 3.5 feet of floor in both rooms, and that's the entrance area with the fridge taking up some of that space. The two single bed footers are 12 inches from the wall. One must climb the first bed or shuffle to it. No space for luggage, bags, or shoes except underfoot.Getting the picture?

Miniature rooms, a single electrical plug that needs replacing. The regal owner should have assisted with a few small bags to the taxi.

Faultless stay - clean, comfortable and welcoming. Good distance from Khao San Road - not too busy/loud, but still very near to numerous good restaurants, bars etc!

Disliked · Bed was a bit too hard (like most of Thailand). The noise from the surrounding area could be heard at night, but I am a deep sleeper so it didn't bother me.I stayed here a few times and booked the same room each time, but the difference between the bathrooms within each room were very different - one had a full shower and the next had a wetroom.

The location is great, very close to most of the main attractions in Bangkok. The area is lively, but the walls seem to mute all the noise pretty well. The room was very small, although it was enough for a single person to stay overnight. The extra nice thing is that it's extremely close to giant ibis bus station, which made the trip to Siem Reap much easier.

Location is fab very close to the bars, restaurants and markets/shops. 1 street back from Rambuttri and 2 streets away from Koh San. Rooms have fridge which is great. 7/11 right opposite too. Book the Executive Deluxe room with balcony as it’s great for relaxing out when your at the room perfect for watching the street.

Awful , dark room. wasn't any window that I could look out of as it was up as high as the ceiling and I didn't feel safe if there had been an incident in the hotel

The hotel is very clean and in a central location.

The wifi was constantly disconnecting.

The location, the price, the cleanliness. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler. The bathroom was okay and I had no problem whatsoever. I didn't find my room as small as other comments depict them (deluxe bedroom, which was like £8 more than a regular room for 4 nights)

The comfort of the matress and the lack of soundproofing. You get what you pay for, don't expect a 5 star hotel, that's it. I would still go there for the great value and location.

Super noisy, you heard everything from the next door room. Didn't sleep at all! The bed wasn't comfortable.

Location was ok

Bed was hard and the room was limited in furniture and electrical connections. As well, no clothes hangers or anywhere to put luggage or clothes. 2 stars at best.

The reception is available 24/24 it’s incredible. the staff was very helpful they kept our luggage before we could check in.

The noise of other people (either in the street and in the hotel) but it's not the hotels’ fault, so I'm not going to lower their grade or hold it against them.

The location and price was excellent.

The room is very small and there is no shower curtain so every time you have a shower the whole bathrooms gets wet.

Very convenient location, with many shops and experiences near by.

It got pretty loud, it was a little hard to sleep.

It's so convenient if you're traveling with boonsiri tours as it is next door. Highly recommend for that reason and also only one road away from kosan road which is a sight to see. We were allocated a great room with a balcony and view.
