The Prestige Nana

Location was great. A quick tuk tuk or motorbike to Central World, Siam Paragon, MBK Center. Hotel is only a couple of blocks form the BTS line.

Hotel location is in a very busy street with busy sidewalk traffic.

The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

Nothing the hotel has control over. The area just made it uncomfortable for a solo female traveler to go out at night.

The property is in a great location close to resturants bars etc. Staff were amazing. It was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake, didn't expect that. They also upgraded me to a bigger room.

Hotel was okay, 3 mins walk to Soi 4.Only stayed 1 night - My room was upgraded, but to a smoking room judging by the smell.

Great little hotel tucked away down near Nana BTS sky train station! Lovely staff and nice clean rooms - great value for money! There’s also a 7/11 right next door. Overall, we had a brilliant stay ?

This is a nice hotel to stay in Sukumvit area. The hotel is surrounded by a Muslim area , so halal food is available there. The Bramungrad hotel is only 2 minutes walking. The staffs are well mannered and helpful. Although the lobby is small, the sitting place just outside the hotel is refreshing. The room is clean, and the bathroom is big and clean as well. The overall experience was excellent, and it is a super hotel if you think about fare.

Recommended to start complimentary breakfast

Location, walking distance to Lumphini park , and Malls . My cosy room , i got upgraded , there was always hot water to make a tea or coffee in lobby level. As well room have a kettle and two water bottles every day . Friendly staff of hotels did everything for me to feel comfortable.

Horrible never again

Smell of the smoke from cigarettes, in your room you have a door shared with other room, you can hear what people doing in the second room or even what they eating like pistachios or sunflower seeds !!!

I liked the location and staff were very helpful.

Probably good to invest in getting ear plugs whilst sleeping. But it's all good. Next time.

Clean and tidy. Location was alright. Staff were good snd friendly.

The locale wasn’t the best. Couldn’t get around anywhere without being hustled by beggars, right outside the hotel doors - kinda disgusting really.

Very accommodating , it was my partners birthday and they brought up a cake and candle - friendly staff.

Could be loud at times however this is expected due to the good location - nothing much to be negative about really.

Leaving

The reception area is tiny and only 1 lift. Two or three people standing there already makes it cramped. There is a smell of smoke everywhere in the hotel. The rooms also have a problem with plumbing, the smell is very bad.Our first room the window was blocked out by construction. We upgraded to a family room. Cots are advertised but they don’t actually have any. Instead a second bed was offered which is not sufficient to keep a young baby from falling out.The second room had cockroaches around the kitchen area. Towels were around the window area presumably to keep out any water leaking.Whatever card you use during booking will be charged before arrival even though it says pay at hotel.Overall the hotel is run down and in need of a lot of work. Housekeeping was hit and miss. Some days they clean others they forget and need to be called back.On the morning of check out we were left waiting because the housekeeping staff accused us of taking a plate.

Location easily accessible to street markets, eateries and malls. Close to two ARL stations too.

There is a hint of cigarette smoke in the room on every entry. Not sure if it was coming through the vent or from outside.

Sorry for booking in this hotel

We’ll I make this reservation using booking but they want me pay in advance, even when i put my visa as guarantee for my reservation, while I was saying that I would like to pay in cash in the property, so they said pay in visa or we’ll cancel your reservation!!! I was so upset and disappointed cause this is happened to me for the first time in my life.Room is too small, the air conditioning too loud, i found a strange worm in the ground of the bathroom(photo).They said smoking is not allowed inside the rooms but in the floors you can smell weed all over.The noisy street will never make you sleep in peace, music came through the windows ughhhh, I apologise to my self for staying in that horrible hotel it’s not even valued my money.Thank god there’s a lot of activities to do in Bangkok just to make you forgot about this ridiculous hotel.My first and last time in this hotel, I don’t recommend it in anyway.

The room was spacious and the staff was really nice. It looked nice. The bed was highly comfortable.

Even though there was a clear sign that said you weren't allowed to smoke, it still smelled like cigarettes.

Although it is located in a busy area, once in the hotel very quiet. Food - bars and stuff all very close.

I liked the hotel and would definitely use again if in Bangkok.
