A/C extremely noisy Bathroom very small, not comfortable and not so clean (bad smell from the pipes)

Room was large, and good location, easy to get taxi or grab

Room was not too clean, and they don't clean your room if you stay more than 2 days (3 days in my case), and they didn't clean the room

Horrible

Hotel booked through Booking.com was far below advertised standards. Poor hygiene, strong unpleasant smells in lifts and common areas, poorly maintained facilities, and unresponsive staff. Requesting investigation and compensation or refund.

Location, room size, staff.

Toilets, small bath rooms, bad smell all over inside the hotel from the sewerage near the hotel, dark interiors.....

Despite being located in a very busy street the hotel is a peace oasis not at all affected by everything happening around. The rooms are cleaned daily and the room was equipped with a kettle as well as complimentary coffee. the staff was great, very helpful and humble in their approach.

It was just what was needed

Friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet rooms. Great location to walk to Benchakitti park and to central mall. Lots of street markets close by also. Good budget priced hotel. Good breakfast buffet with different choices. Would stay again.

Little dated but not really an issue

The cleanliness. The hospitality from all staffs. and not to forget the food from the kitchen.

Very close to Nana Plaza for nightlife and Nana BTS for communication across the whole city. Clean room, balcony has a nice view on the park. Staff is exceptionally nice!

AC is WAY too loud, I had to wake up in the night to turn it off and back on later so I could actually sleep without getting soaked in sweat.Internet could be better, the connection method is ancient.

Room was clean comfortable and spacious, had an amazing view of Benchakitti park from the balcony. Staff were really friendly. Hotel is at the end of a busy road, but I knew that when booking, so had no issues.

Spacious comfortable room with a view at the back as I had requested from the friendly, caring staff who are always able to help and accommodate me when they can.

Nothing negative to say really although I'd like smoking to be banned throughout the hotel especially weed smoking from some guests..

Nothing, the hotel décor, furniture is dated and filthy. Shower curtain had mould and seemed like the entire room had not been cleaned for years.

The hotel was nothing like the photos advertised, the room cleanliness and facilities were disgusting. We spent 10 minutes in our room and decided to book an alternative hotel. So disappointing. Told the staff my reasons for not staying, they offered me to look at another room which I declined. Was booked for 2 nights but hotel charged me for 1 night, which I wasn't happy with, the staff confirmed the information on the website was about 4 to 5 years old.

Good walking distance to the park and Nana Subway Station - great district. Easy to get taxi or tuk tuk, 200 Baht. The rooms are large with comfortable bed. AC worked well and loud.Friendly front desk and polite entry staff who are there watching out for your safety. Very good people. They will organize transport to the airport but not airport to hotel. Elevator worked well. Had dinner at the restaurant, the pork shank was delicious.

Facility is old and can use some upgrades - not sure that this will happen anytime soon. Bring your own travel iron because there is NONE even to borrow. Do not expect Netflix, YouTube, etc, on the TV.Bathroom is very small compared to the size of the apartment and has a moldy odor - possibly poor drainage and the fact that all used/soiled toilet paper must be put in an open basket. Did not take breakfast here, so no comment. Arrived during the BangkokSongkran 2025 festival and it was very loud around the hotel, but nothing annoying vue the excitement of the festival everywhere.

Clean, good facilities and friendly staff

Lovely hotel the staff are very polite, welcoming and helpful the food was great the location for me was great the quiet end of a busy Soi with a park one side if you like a walk and plenty going on the other end of the Soi, would I stay here again ? “yes“

The location - at the quiet end of Soi 4 and directly opposite Benjakitti Park - is fabulous and accesses many options for the traveller. Nanatai Suites really offers value for money with its very reasonable rates. The suites are "old school" but clean, functional & pleasant. The front counter staff are 2 pleasant and helpful ladies. The ground staff - a half dozen blue uniformed men - are tops; unfailingly kind & willing to help (they never solicit for tips - which I strongly feel they deserve). There's a swimming pool & gym on the first floor. A good same day laundry service is also available. There is a Nanatai stretch tuk tuk which will taxi guests to the top end of Soi 4. I didn't experience an unpleasant moment during my 6 week stay.

The restaurant at Nanatai is run by a different company. I found the restaurant to be disappointing...but, no problem because there are some nice little restaurants right next door & directly opposite Nanatai Suites...and, at this central location, all manner of fine Thai food and a diverse range of global cuisines can be discovered.

very nice decor in the hotel. bed was a good size.good views over benchakitti park from the balconyshower was good with good water pressure.breakfast was tasty with english and continental optionsstaff was lovely and professional.pool area is a lovely place to be.

the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the air-con was ridiculously loud. i didnt have a good night's sleep during my stay.the location is a challenge being at the opposite end of soi 4, but there is a free tuk-tuk to the top provided by the hotel, which is a really nice touch.room could've been better lit.

Hotel has really great location to everyone visiting Bangkok for touristic purposes. It is on the edge of Sukhumvit which means it's just minutes of walk away from the partying area but remains on the outskirts of it which gives you calm and quiet entire day. When booking make sure to get the park view because it's simply awesome!Another thing deserving recognition is the staff that was super friendly and helpful.

As other people already mentioned: the hotel seems like it had a great standard some time ago but could definitely use renovation nowadays. Everything is clean and comfortable but it is just aged and you can see that on various surfaces.Also, there was a bit of an issue with the balcony itself. Although the park view was awesome it was a bit ruined by AC unit that covers half of it. When you stand right next to the barrier everything is fine but you wanna have a sit in the evening it's a bit ruined by the unit itself...
