Weird smell coming from the bathroom, staff acknowledged it and tried to get it cleaned while we were out. Ended up offering us a new room

The location is excellent and the room was comfortable. The hotel also had laundry washing machines outside the rooms on the floor which was nice. The hotel staff were lovely and very kind. They also paid attention to us and asked if we would like anything to make our stay more comfortable or to switch rooms closer to the elevator on a different floor as my parents are senior citizens.

There is a 3% additional charge if you pay by credit card that booking.com does not mention. It would have been nice to know that before checking in so I could have carried extra cash.

The room we stayed in does not have good ventilation.There's a backfire of toilet drainage and the smell is all over the room.

Really helpful staff. Lovely room. Air-conditioning worked well. Pretty local to metro and sky train.

Maybe European TV channels but we didn't stay in the room long so no big deal.

The room was clean and comfortable but a little small. The only window looked out into the hallway so did not like that. The location was good- close to BTS, Emsphere and EmQuartier mall. I like the fact there was a bathtub.

Had a difficult time getting a Grab to come pick us up. Maybe because hotel is tucked back in a corner.

Good location, park with playground nearby, BTS station, food choices.Friendly staff, nice room, good value for money.

The photos posted in booking.com cannot be trusted, the facilities is old than what we see in photo.In fact i have to request to change room because the door lock are not really secured.And the rooms (even for the changed room) have wierd old smell.

Hiden hotel roles which are not on the advert. for example charging a deposit at check-in and charging customers 3.5% on the balance if payment is made by card ?

Great location next to 7/11s, money changers, pot lounge, Emquartier mall (good food court) and the BTS station Phram Phong. A nice quiet clean room in a safe feeling space yet still near all the action. What more could you ask for in a value priced room? I'll be back next time I'm in Bangkok.

Shower head wasn't secured to the wall correctly so that was kinda a hassle.

Old hotel not comfortable anymore. Location is near BTS but hotel facilities not good, smell bad & windows inside buildings staff not friendly, no parking. Totally not recommended

Excellent staff, very approachable and efficient, a large clean room with a usable bathtub, and comfortable bed and outstanding location

The staff did not help. They don't understand english. Room was not given in spite of we arrived early and tired and was not allowed to wait in the reception more than 30 mins. We were even ready to pay additional cost but they asked to leave and come only after 3 PM

It is a small property with 4 rooms per floor.

It is using key to lock the room. The towels are very used and yellow.

The staff were lovely and the rooms were clean.

A bit of mold in the bathroom and was quite noisy with the dehumidifier going, as well as the AC
