Very clean. Room and bathroom very nice design. Beds are hard-ish.

Breakfast, though has a nice variety, is too expensive if paying separately. Coffee not good.

The smiles shared by the staff. The resourcefulness of the staff. I enjoyed my morning walks so the location worked for me. It was my first trip to Thailand and I want to come back and stay with you again.

These are humble suggestions only. There was nothing that I "didn't like" but the work out room can use some love. Those older cable machines can cause injury do to the engineering (forcing bad form). A common suggestion is breakfast selection. Garlic is popular but I avoid it. I ate a lot of rice and eggs.

I have stayed at this hotel many times. The quality is consistently excellent. Rooms are totally clean! Nice quality mattress, linens new and very clean. Room design is practical and convenient, adequate size. Location is near to where I needed to be. Not on main noisy road but easy to access metro.Staff is super polite, capable and friendly— well trained for their jobs. Reception is quite professional.

The location is soooo far away from the city. The pool is tiny. The rooms we got looked like was in the middle of a renovation.

The staff were very nice and friendly. The room itself was fine.

Unfortunately, the noise from the elevator and people in the hallway made it a little difficult to sleep.

I loved the location. I was able to walk to the BTS station and explore the city independently. I didn't eat breakfast at the hotel because I preferred to explore the local markets and food courts.

I mistakenly booked a room with 2 single beds. I think that the staff should have offered me a room with a double bed.

Amazing room. It exceeded my expectations. At the price I paid, I got more than what I expected. Amazing staff, location is also very close to the main road and imperial mall and the BTS Samrong station. Although being close to the main road, the neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The view from the room was very nice.I will definitely be visiting the hotel again.

Only two water bottles free per day for the room.

The room was excellent, neat, clean, staff behaviour was good. Good open view from balcony from 6th floor. They had weight machine which was never expected. BITEC exhibition is just around 3 kms. grab taxi charged 120 baht around for one way to Bitec. grab bike charged 60 to 70 baht one way.samarong skytrain station is just walkable distance less than 1 km.seven eleven is walkable in 5 minute.

no good restaurants or shopping area nearby. All famous spots are in a range of 15 to 25 km. like pratu nam, MBK, jodd fairs, nana, khaosan, chatuchak all are very far. taxi cost sky rockets. public transport will be cheap but time consuming too. 1 hour average time to travel one way.they did not had crib for infant. but it was OK. as bed was king size.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was in close proximity to BTS. Rooms were spacious. And hotel is located in a quiet area. Appreciated that they had onsite laundry facilities.

I honestly just loved your whole staff their warmth and smiling faces every morning. I’m a solo traveler and it was my first time in Thailand didn’t know how to use your transportation system and read your maps .. your staff helped book my taxis and helped me make sure that I got into the right one for safety . Great costume service.

I have a couple of complaints. I made a booking then wanted to change the date for the next day. They refused. Meant I paid twice. This is the first time a hotel has done that to me. So be careful, they have no sympathy if you are forced to change plans. Also they have no baggage storage

Staff is going the extra mile, absolutely outstanding. Rooms spacious, clear and spotless clean !

Upon leaving was told i needed to pay 300 baht from my deposit as some marks on one sheet. I think a pen mark. To be honest they were lucky it was 1am and in a rush because i would have said something. Any wash cycle would have removed. I was absolutely disgusted after my friend and i staying weeks and paying over £600. Rather a stupid decision as i will think twice about staying again after a very nice stay

The hotel was very clean. The room was large and spacious with a great view. It's a great location if you want to experience an authentic and local part of Bangkok. There is access to green and yellow transport lines. All the shopping, food, massage and dispensaries are very cheap in the area.

Comfortably and clean, very friendly staff, breakfast was amazing lie for money and the free shuttle bus to the nearest BTS station was very handy.

The air con was turned off with the morning clean, so after being out all day, we would return back to a hot room and had to wait for it to cool down.

Proximity of local Big C Mall.and Sukhumvit highway .Big room. Good shower .Breakfast was fine, however all eggs were precooked . Great fresh orange juice but only cornflake cereals provided.

THE BREAKFAST WAS ALL COOL, even cold . felt like we were being guarded /watched as we ate.
