Very noisy due to all night partying on the street this hotel is on makes it difficult to sleep well. Housekeeping wasn't taken care of until 2-3 p.m. Far too late.

It is a typical 'center-hotel'; not much care is put in the service, because they know they will have people book it anyway, just because of the location. So if you just want to get drunk on Khao San Road and sleep it out somewhere; then it's a great hotel for you. If you have a certain standard when staying in hotels, then I would suggest to keep on looking.The bed was okey, though; and the towels also seemed quite new and fluffy. Airco worked and balcony was spacious

My room was a little schmutzig, as was the hallway. A lot of hair everywhere. Walls, doors, and bins have been neglected, so it feels all a bit grubby. Beds and towels were clean though. Staff seemed to be annoyed with my mere presence; I felt kinda unwelcome. I have to mention that I stayed there during Sonkran - so staff might have been at the max of their patience. Still: I felt happy when I could check out again. Sorry!

Good location just off of kaosan road so the late night bars didn't keep us up too much. We had a balcony but the view wasn't great but I wasn't expecting much in that area..The staff were good and helpful ☺️. The restaurant downstairs was good and reasonably priced

Really good location, very loud every night from the clubs on Khao son road, so don’t stay here if you want peace and quiet. No housekeeping or signs of staff the whole stay. Would’ve appreciated top ups of water and toilet paper.

No cable TV as advertised.1 of the reasons for picking up this place was cable TV in the description of the room. There was a TV but without any cable.

Close to the rambuttri strip that thankfully stoped playing loud music around 2am

How load it was from the Khaosan road literally the room was shaking until 4am so quality of sleep was terrible

Villa Cha Cha is made up of multiple buildings, bars and restaurants that seem to have taken over one end of Rambuttri. It's the noisiest place we've ever stayed and, unless you like partying until 3 orc4AM every night, I'd give this one a miss.

The room is so clean and comfy and very nice size for me and my young Adult daughter to move around the room comfortably. The price is great and location is great . Wish that receptionist is located more convenient for people who have family and luggage, it very difficult to drag heavy luggage up 3 flights of stairs to checkin or out of the hotel , Otherwise the room is great !

Requested earlier check in, got to the hotel and the guy at the desk was very rude..was 5am he wasn’t very welcoming then told us to come back at 2pm. Went back at 3 pm to be told the room won’t be ready for another half an hour. The hotel is above bars/night clubs so very noisy all night until about 4am. If the room was cheap then it would of been less of a problem

Great location next to Khaosan road. Music till 2am, but didn't bother us.

Very clean and good location. Very quiet by night as balcony is on back side. Also very clean and fast intrnet.

Bed comfortable,room clean and tidy

The location was superb even though there was a lot of noise from the bars, it was manageable. The location was excellent so brilliant value for money.

The food downstairs was not as good as the street food. There are tons of stalls and other restaurants literally on the doorstep.
