The breakfast was perfect. Restaurant staff were really nice.

Very very very noisy. Front desk staff wasn't very friendly. Water in the shower was always cold. Fridge was connected to the power controlled by the key card, so it didn't stay on.

The hotel is okey... but doesn't meet my expectations... it's one of the worst hotel stayed in Thailand...

The hotel's toilet really smells bad.. the shower is broken.. less water coming out... you can hear lover's making noise next to my room.... like this girl screaming ?‍??‍??‍?it was not a good one anyway..after checking out they asked me about a little towel.. what will I do with a little towel...the receptionist aren't friendly at all...

Location is really quiet safe

It's very difficult to have meal from the restaurant or room service most time restaurant is close

Mainly for the price we return back here. Breakfast for the price ok. Tuk Tuk to McDonald very handy. Nathan is good in her job as a receptionist.

1. Room 710, initially allotted had no water pressure. So got changed to 609.2. Halal Meals for Muslims not clearly marked or separated. Mixing the cutlery. 3. Same breakfast everyday. In the same price more variety could have been given. Same water melon everyday. Keep changing fruit please. 4. Give one type of egg only, fried eggs sunny side up. Requested for omelette, not obliged. That is mean. 5. Dining hall staff good, they do what they are told by Management.

Door to balcony is locked and feel suffocating in the room when the aircon is not functioning well.

Plugs were not enough in room. their plug was different so had to make efforts to charge the phone. I think whole country has different plug type too.

The hotel is in a very good location and at a good price. Good value.

Staff is not friendly and does not give much advice.

This time staff was not too friendly. Do not know why? When we left the place that time reception lady was very nice and friendly

Overall the room was good for the price you pay. Relatively clean, comfortable and for a night stay no complain.

The reception. The arrogance and ignorance or the girl on the reception on 28th night and 29th early morning lf March 2024. This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel and never met someone who doesn't give a **** about their customers like her. Chose to completely ignore me and leave me standard.

Everyday, they provide same breakfast ? and all of the staffs can't understand English. It's hard to communicate if I want something. And they don't smile and welcome the guests.

Good location, close to Mo Chit and Metro lines. Grabbing a taxi to somewhere close to downtown isn’t so far either. Al’s has a decent breakfast buffet, nothing special but nice selection and very friendly and helpful staff!

We had one receptionist that was exceptional. She went out of her way to help us and we really needed it. I wish I knew her name. Thanks to her if she reads this. She knows who I am talking about. ❤️ The breakfast was okay but not as many choices as other places. They let us store our bags after checkout which we really appreciated . Check out was 1:00 PM

Could have been a better location. A bit far from things.

Maverick Ratchada - staying duration: 15 daysBreakfast - (under) mediocre, cooked food is cold even when going at 07:20 am; price 100thb pp. It's served from 7-10am.Fitness "centre" - got a small room on top of building , place looks unmaintained, has got one treadmill that kind of stops when stepping on at higher speeds, couple bikes and a few light weights. So best you can do is some short light cardio, no major muscle training.Location is not great, as it's far from everything (mrt, BTS, city centre and nothing really to see around. Main transportation is to book a ride via bolt/grab/taxi.Staff - cleaners were nice; receptionists may understand English; but most of the time can only say: "Check-out" & "cannot" . They are communicating via Google translate with you. While they do the typing in G translate, they undertake other tasks as well, so you end up wasting a lot of time waiting for them to get back to you. They will leave the other tasks and focus on your task if you demand their attention; otherwise good luck in dealing with them.bedRoom -is outdated, with outdated AC and has very thin walls, can hear the other occupiers talking and things happening up to 3 floors above or under you. No window, but a small door to a cramped unmaintained balcony that's never cleaned when having the room cleaned. On other rooms this window has a lock on it and can't even open it for fresh air.Big bed is comprised of 2 single beds, that slide away from the wall, and turns a gap in the middle. Pillows are big and very hard, having had pain in the neck in the morning from them. Furniture is ratan - which is garden/outdoor like furniture. Linoleum on the walls. There's a tiny outdated refrigerator that doesn't cool anything properly.Room supplies - electric kettle, shampoo, soap, towels, toothbrush (too soft for me) , toothpaste, hairdrier.Shower is outdated, and kept together with zip strips.

Room is perfect tv id good in there Netflix also and staff is very good

Bathroom

The room was spacious. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom...Good wifi ..Tasty buffet breakfast.. The location was good . Good value for money..

The reception staff were not that cooperative ..There was difficulty in communication because they (pretended that ? ) don't understand English. The guy with spectacles at the reception desk on the day of check in took a lot of time for completing check in formalities which was really annoying..

Easily accessible location - by car, bus or MTR. Room was spacious, immaculately clean and on the whole very quiet (although I'd probably recommend staying at the back of the hotel and on a higher floor if possible to avoid road noise). Staff were friendly and helpful - and although some had limited English there was nothing that Google translate couldn't solve. Breakfast choice was limited but adequate - including some hot dishes. Overall, I thought the hotel offered excellent value for money
