Staff was amazing. From the reception to the restaurant to housekeeping. Room size was large.

In the heart of Bangkok, the location is perfect for those looking for parties. Breakfast is good, nothing special. Swimming pool and gym are very nice, also the premium lounge is a must!

Would recommend for those traveling with family, specially with kids, make sure to search about the location and what you gonna find around. ?

The staff were nice hotel room so comfortable with big rooms and easy for going anywhere the hotel were had a shuttle to drop you off at the BTS Skytrain actually I’m a diamond member of another hotel . When I’m staying at the Mercure hotel, the staff make me feel like I’m a diamond members this hotel ?

This was my first time staying at Mercure. Will stay again. Only a few small complaints. Room has little bathroom amenities. No shower cap, no qtips. They did have 2 toothbrush kits. That was it.

Not a bad location. Smart place.

Check in and check out really slow. Only 2 elevators so always a wait. Internet was very intermittent, almost no cell phone coverage in the room. Ludicrous light switch system in the room. The switches are black in a black bezel; one switch turns all the lights off and you can't find the switch again in the dark. You need a flashlight to find the switch, then you can't select easily which lights you ant on and which you want off.

Location and distance from airport.

I was allocated two rooms 301 and 309. They made the mistake of allocating the baby cot and the extra bed in the smaller room (301) which made the stay very congested. The hotel room main door lock and bathroom door locks did not work. The key for the bidet was broken so the force could not be regulated. The washroom was not well lit.

1. The rooms were spacious, they put in an extra bed and a baby cot and still there was space to move around.2. There were a variety of shops and restaurants of varied cuisines around, as well as spas and massage centers.3. Proximity to BTS station.`

1. The night streets were filled with people smoking marijuana, its was very smelly.2. The night streets were filled with local escorts which is not a safe or healthy environment for children to be in.

Friendly and professional staff with excellent customer service!

My only problem was with my hotel room door. One of the screws holding the deadbolt strike plate had fallen off and prevented me from being able to close the door, but a quick call to the front desk and within a few minutes, someone from maintenance came and fixed it. Other than that one small thing, everything was great!
