I like how it has a pantry with dining table and a sink. It was spacious enough. The breakfast consist of 6 menus that we can choose and they are decent. Placement of electrical outlets are also good

The location was a bit far from our other destination. Although it was right on the BTS line and skywalk, it requires more effort to understand the network for Bangkok newbies.

Cool room design

Bad upkeep, not well maintained. Dirty walls, toilet seat was peeling off, wooden frame around the bed was coming off, etc

we are 14 Pepole and all of us really love how good breakfast Ps. will be perfect if you let the staff know what you would like to have whill check in

Staffs are very careful, helpful and kind.Breakfast (6 choice of menu) very fine.5-7m minutes walk to BTS via passrell 50 meter from hotel. 20 minutes away (walk + BTS) from icon Siam ( biggest mall in Bangkok).Staffs :)

If your on the same side, road quiet noisy (highway+ normal road + BTS), they change our room to a quiet one, just a little bit smaller room.Wifi connection not so good, almost not useable in the bedroom.Cannot smoke even in balcony.

The room was nice and comfortable, and the breakfast was really good. Overall the staff was supportive. They helped me change the kettle just 5 minutes after I found the one in my room had a broken lid. The hotel is just about 5 minutes walk to Pho Nimit BTS station, so it's super easy to get around. Sometimes I chose to travel by taxi, it took 5-10 mins to book a taxi/Bolt here.

The AC was a bit noisy even after I adjusted its fan setting.

The location is ok. There is a 7-11 behind the hotel. The security guard in the parking lot is very friendly and helpful.

The light is too dim in the room. The hotel is a little bit old.

Spacious room. Staff were lovely. Get the Thai Porridge for breakfast, it was amazing.

The location is quite far from the main city but good thing is there’s a nearby BTS.

Bed was comfortable. Kettle was charred inside and staff was prompt to change when feedback.

The wifi was extremely poor in the room. Every few minutes it switched off and we had to keep resetting it.

I had a 4-night stay at the hotel with my husband and a group of friends. The hotel is great, the staff is very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable and modern. The breakfast is delicious but there are few choices and the convenience store isn't near the hotel but we still have the enjoy time in here.

A nice variety of a la carte breakfast was the best thing on my stay. Staff were also nice.

Despite its good review and nice appearance from the outside, almost everything else was well below my minimal expectation. The room was smaller than what was advertised - not a big deal. The floor looked like it has not been thoroughly cleaned for some time. No face towels provided but staff was happy to provide when requested. There was just one set of toiletry for 2 guests. A kettle was almost falling apart. Slippers were 'reusable' and marked 'sanitised' but they were old and had some tear. The Duvet cover had a 6-inch tear near near the end. And the worst thing was the wi-fi in my room was just not fit for either entertainment or work!

Good size room, friendly and helpful staff. Tasty breakfast would be nice to have some more choice of drinks and maybe some continental options.

Hotel needs bit updating especially zen garden on the rooftop. As to location it is good, away from all the busy madness of the city centre although still around 45-50minutes walk to centre.

The room is exactly as advertised, clean and spacious with good working air-con. Staff were helpful.

The interior was awesome!!! Lighting was amazing!! It's best for couple stay and business stay as well! I love the lighting below the bed! Soothing vibe!

Breakfast should have more option or should have buffet type also add bathtub please would be amazing.

We took a suite and a deluxe as well as a standard. So basically all three rooms available. Its good overall and the staff is really polite. Some dont really speak that much English but a google translate does the job and they respond quickly to any queries. The room is really nice overall.
