Musky carpet smell. Old and not furnished well.

Only the location is good.The hotel staff hardly smile and have zero eye contact.They don't even help slow movement guest with walking stick coming out of cab.Very cold attitude. Only the check in counter staff smiles and have eye contact.

3 days 2 nights,I used the side entrance more than 10x.The lady lifted up her head each times she heard footsteps and continue texting away.Never once did she offer to help us with the heavy glass door when our hands are full with shopping bags

Bathroom definitely need renovation even though I got an upgrade.

Best location. Beside Big C and across Centralworld. Walking distance to pratunam market and other shopping malls. Clean room. Complete with the necessities. Staff are all very polite, attentive and accommodating. It was just across the Stage of the New Year Countdown.

Location is perfect if you come to bangkok for shopping and eating.

The wifi is slow

The staff were helpful and kind! The breakfast is one of the best I've ever had in a hotel, plentiful and delicious. A bit of a walk from the airport train but close to the sky train and easy to get around. Right across from Central World mall!

The pool was not chlorinated and had birds drinking out if it/swimming in it, so it didnt feel safe to swim. Also there were very few outlets in the room so it was difficult to charge devices.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years because it’s on such a great location: right next to Big C and CentralWorld

It seems like this hotel is in bad need of rehabilitation. The bathrooms and rooms are antiquated and the lobby airconditioning seems to be off most of the time so it can get hot. There is also no room service.

The location was excellent

I wish they would’ve had room service. We had to go out to get a late night snack.

The beds are quite hard which caused difficulty in sleeping. We have stayed at Arnoma multiple times for the good location for our business and therefore, put up with the hard beds.

The Hotel staffs are very polite, helpful and accommodating. Rooms are very clean. Very convenient to our surprise! Walkng distance to city malls, food market, Big C supermarket and attractions via pedestrian bridge (R Walk).

Heart of the town

None. It was a horrible experience for me. Start to walk in with a different kind of old smell out of the hotel lobby. Room smells bad, toilet very old , need to adjust the heater cold/hot. Mattress hard to sleep on, pillow too soft. Alot of small cockroaches walking around. Night time too eerie on my floor as if something is watching me. Alot of knocking noises at night. Hard to find light switches, charging plugs. Old and dusty curtains.
