Pros +
- Very convenient!! Near both sky train and metro station, short walking distance . The staff very friendly and provide early check-in for me, it helps a lot .. so thankful. They arranged the higher floor with very good view as per my request ..
- I booked 2nights it’s very beautiful hotel I extended 2more days its wonderful place The place very clean and tidy the front desk staff always smile and welcome they are so helpful Ac and Wi-Fi working very nice it’s so comfortable to stay just 1min walk 7/11 and shopping malls all close to restaurants available
- Very polite receptionist Fon. Helpful. Also other staff willing to go above their duties. Clean room and common areas. Perfect location. If you want go to make TOEIC test, the best location. 7-11 through street. A+
Cons -
- The buffet breakfast choice not quite a lot a bit disappointed..not up to 5 stars hotel breakfast..the food tastes nice .
- I contacted the team to get information related to a reservation. Instead of providing the needed details directly, they kept redirecting the request to the booking team. Unfortunately, due to the short timeframe, the booking team was unable to handle it in time. This delay resulted in a loss of money and made the whole process unhelpful. Overall, the support was inefficient when quick action was required.
- All find it’s amazing place there is no complaints

The room was comfortable. It was such a pleasant stay. The staffs were very friendly. The hotel is really nearby with GMM Building also, and easy to get transportation over there.
There's no lift and we got our room at 4th floor, needed to bring our luggage that was 16kg+ heavy, hahahaha.... But it was such a nice experience too.
Property was clean and is accessible to MRT and BTS
It was not sound proof, but it’s not really a big deal.
Very good service from hotel staff day or night. Easy totravel around Asoke.
really accessible to public transport
