Peaceful location, bit outside the central area but have nearby night market (not everyday), coffee shop, 7-11 within 200-300m. Room service is good. Have fridge inside the room. Average size room, comfortable room and beds. Nearby (300-400m) blue line MRT. Mostly satisfied with the stay. Staff is friendly and nice.

Room is titled as Entire apartment, but don't have utensils or microwave inside the room only common ones downstairs. In room had few tea cups only, that was the biggest problem we had since we were staying over a week. One bathroom shower drainage has clog. Location is bit far away from central area, so for the taxies most times have to pay toll fee and take 30-40mins)

Location is close to 7-11, pharmacy, market, cafe, and near MRT.

No gym room. Need to replace new set of mug/cup.

missed a microwave

I spent six nights here. The location is excellent, with many good food and drink options in the surrounding area.

The only downside was that it felt a little far from the subway station; other than that, it was a good stay.

The service was very good, and the hotel had plenty of amenities to enjoy.

The location was a bit out of the way, but not too far. Also, I had issues with the air conditioner, but the staff quickly addressed the issue.

Everything! The hotel has all the necessary amenities that anyone would need for a nice restful stay at this hotel. The best thing is that for anyone wanting to stay long - can do their laundry at the many machines available downstairs. Plus there is free tea and coffee.

The only recommendation would be to better manage the daily cleaning. Also to possibly get the change of bedsheets once in 3 days (rather than 5).

My second time staying here. I love the room and the location. It’s really close to everything. There’s a great little food market on the weekends next-door and a great restaurant about a quarter mile from the restaurant by the closest 7-Eleven, but on the other side of the street lots of food choices stalls always busy. The staff are wonderful they’re so caring it kind of feels like a family there. I will stay again and hope to return sooner rather than later.

Very nice hotel. Nothing fancy, but all the necessary amenities are provided. Room is spacious, WiFi is good, water pressure and temperature in the shower is also good (which can be an issue in Thailand). Around 10 minutes from the MRT. It was a very comfortable stay, I actually extended it for an extra week or so while figuring out the rest of my trip.

The staff was lovely. Security helped me carry my bags all the way to my room. Check in was very easy thanks to the staff. They were super accommodating. I felt very safe and comfortable in my room and in the are.

Nice place to stay

My shower (room 701) did not work, only the tap worked, not the showerhead, had to sit on the floor to take shower.

Room was nice, well equipped and great shower pressure. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but it looked decent and staff were very friendly.

Amazing hotel and best place if you want a hotel not in the busy Bangkok area. This hotel has an amazing location and not far from both airports as well as the city so it’s a great base for families who want to see attractions in and out of Bangkok. The staff are great, the pool is sooo clean! Ignore the bad reviews about lacking cutlery as there is a cabinet full of it close to the reception with free coffee too. Will definitely comeback to this one when in Bangkok.

Staff was very helpful.

The roads around this resort are extremely narrow and dangerous for me because I walk with a cane . However the property manager was saying that they are going to fix the roads in the next 6 months.

A basic but decent hotel for a reasonable price. Quite an interesting and authentic area of Bangkok. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The location was good for the Chatuchak markets but further away for the main sightseeing centres of the city. But an MRT station was a few minutes walk and there were several options for getting food nearby. The pool area had a somewhat unpleasant smell which put off swimming a bit, and it was a little tricky to figure out where to get breakfast on the first day before finding our bearings. But the atmosphere was pleasant with a warm family run feel, staff were able to help us with what we needed and we enjoyed our stay there. Would stay again if looking to be in this location.

Check-in was great and we even got a cold water upon arrival. The room and bathroom were perfect and very clean. There are nice local and well-priced restaurants around the hotel (including a great Thai bbq around the corner and a soup place across the road). The pool is beautiful and there are yoga matts and exercise equipment that one can use. There is also the possibility to do laundry which was great. Tea and coffee could also be made downstairs for free. Good Muay Thai school around the corner.

The staff was very friendly. A little disappointing was that on our last day we had time to kill and were not allowed to use the pool area after we had checked out - although we had stayed there for a week. It seemed unnecessarily strict, as there were barely any people using it.

Payed 6000 baht without even staying - don't book!

Basically nothing. When I arrived on the parking place the is a sing that you have to walk through a builduing. No proper sign where put to mark you way to the reception. I found a room where 3 women were sitting. Not very friendly or welcoming. You have to pay another 500 baht key deposit. She I arrived at the room it was the 2nd worst room in my 20 year travel history. Nothing was cleaned. I just took my backpack after having maybe a 5min look around. Asked for my key deposit and maybe some of my payment which got denied. Ordered another Grab and left without knowing where I will stay on my last 5 nights in Bangkok. Absolutely horrible.
