Location close to everything and a solid reference marker to find your way home.Staff were so helpful and spoke excellent English.Clean, spacious, quiet, and the best bed in all of Asia. Incredible value.

The location couldn't be better. The Orchid House is tucked away on a quiet side street across from a temple in an interesting neighborhood that is a refuge from the busy tourist area just blocks away. Many of the city's top attractions -- the Temple of the Emerald Buddha, the National Museum and Wat Pho -- are an easy walk away.We stayed in a junior suite, which was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. There were always very helpful staff members around to answer questions. We highly recommend this place and will stay there again whenever we come to Bangkok.

Friendly staff, very clean and ideal location for old town Bangkok with plenty of tourists' about (we travelled in November). Good way to explore Bangkok from a district outside centre and good internet connections.

Slightly noisy fridge at night time when trying to sleep but other than this we had a great stay at The Orchid House. sites.

The hotel is very nice; it has a boutique-like aesthetic. They always have someone in the reception, and you can even leave your luggage there. The room had quite a bit of space, and we had free bottled water.

The bathroom structure was interesting. The shower and the toilet were in the same zone, and you would always get your feet wet when you wanted to use the toilet (not a major issue, but worth noting). The location is also a bit far away from anything major, so we had to take a cab to go anywhere.

We loved this hotel and our lovely room. The area is great. Felt very authentic Bangkok. Everything you need within a short distance. I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Good location, short walk from restaurants. The room was comfortable and AC worked well.

The shower is over the toilet and had very little water pressure. It also would have been good to offer laundry as we had to take ours externally. Of which 6 items went missing.

Location, spacious room

Horrible, horrible sewage and mould smell in the room, lots of mosquitoes, no iron in the hotel at all (not for money even, not in a separate room or anything, just no possibility of an iron at all). Super loud AC. Though I booked and paid for two nights, after the first one I moved out because it was unbearable to be there.

The Orchid House is a short walk to restaurants and bars. However, set in a quiet street, it seems a world away. The staff here are exceptional; so friendly, and so helpful. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and the bed comfortable. Highly recommend! Not all of the rooms have windows, but don’t be put off by this, as the rooms still feel airy.

It was better than we expected. The room was fine, a bit old furniture, bat was ok. They have cleaned every day. And location was perfect, 5 min walking from busy aria in quite a quiet street.The only minuse s that you could hear through the walls, but there were no loud guests when we stayed.

Our room was really beautiful and nicely decorated and quiet. The house itself is also gorgeous. Location is perfect and there’s a laundry facility just outside.

The only negative point is that the rooms don’t all have windows but it was indicated at the time of booking.

A small boutique hotel tucked away on a very quiet street. The staff were wonderful and so friendly and we would happily stayed longer but they were fully booked. Several good restaurants within a short walking distance.

Great location. Easy walking distance to lots of restaurant options. Also easy walk to Khao San and Ram Buttri. Bed was most comfortable of our SE Asia trip so far.
