the room has everything you may need during short period of your stay, service was perfect, they also provide few bottles of water everyday and breakfast was good

We were given a smelly room. Toilet stinks. We requested for new room and was given a room in an old building, where you have to walk through stairs to reach the elevator and to our room.Breakfast could have been a little spicy. My rosacea got worst. I requested for an egg but I was asked to pay 15baht more.

Nohing. It started with them not responding To my early Check in Request. Then wanting me to Pay for Early Check in,when i arrived So had to wait. Till 1300 .Charged For 2 Card room entry Cards.ONE I GET IN ROOM and open Draw with List of atleas 40 thing wit a charge as well including Lit globes,a normal usage bits That are part of renting hotel room. Surprised they did not charge For hire of Kettle or Shower soaps and Shampoo.Charged 300 bht for soiled pillow case which was washable. Never sta again Regards Adrian an Partner.Rent room2 people only 1 chair.Strang darling sit on pillow on Floor.Then geg charged 300 bht for pillow case.

Clean rooms , clean comfy beds , good staff , reasonably priced, .

The location is not the best for a tourist if you want to visit Bangkok. It's a bit out of the center , takes 45 minutes by metro to reach the center .

Clean , modern, large comfortable room

The hotel is quite far away from everything, though there is a metro station couple of minutes away, so getting to city is quite easy.. the staff is very helpful and speak good English.

The room is full of mold and very dated. The shwer pressure is barely enough to wash your hair.Everything that is usually complimentary, had a price, single serving instant coffee and one Bottle of water in the fridge for exampmle. The attched restaurant staff does not speak English at all.

1. Good location which is about 200-300 metre from MRT Bangpai station2. There's staff take the luggage to the room. 3. The check-in time to 03.00 a.m.

1. The smell of liquid soap and shampoo2. The charge of two instant coffee sachets; it should be included in the room rate. There's price sticker on the sachet but I didn't notice as I didn't wear my eye glasses. There should have the price list in a big sign near the Instant coffee sachet in reminding the guests.3. There's no toilettery paper in the bathroom.4. The towel has holes which should not be used.5. Direct booking with hotel; the room rate is cheaper than reserving through www.booking.com. I saw the room rate on the reception counter when I was checking-in

Solely accessible public transportation, such taxis and bikes. And, very near to BTS train station.

The worst hotel I stayed at throughout my vacation to Bangkok. The room is really small, and there is no cleaning service. To have the room cleaned, we have to call the cleaning crew directly. In my three nights, the bed linens never change. Never empty my trash cans. We have to pay for water and coffee. Sometimes the elevator doesn't operate. road noise that makes it difficult to fall asleep. You should not book this hotel if you smoke because you will have to leave the hotel to smoke. The water pressure in toilets and bathrooms is the worst. I became irritated while taking a shower. Every four seconds, the water pressure rises and falls, resembling snoring. extremely low water pressure. I actually arrived from Pattaya, but I'm not sure how to go to this hotel. I've messaged the staff, but they never respond. worst possible. I'm not going to stay here again, and I advise others not to either.

The stores and market near the area. The Bellboys in the lobby are very helpfu.l

So expesive, only the lobby is good but the rooms are just like an ordinary room in hostel. I wish some staff could learn at least basic English.

Checkin was a breeze. Had to leave a 500THB cash key deposit: not really uncommon in many hotels at this pricepointRoom was big. Bathroom was very clean. King size bed was comfy with crisp, clean sheetsPeople were polite and efficient. I didn't use the MRT but i was told a Blue Line station was walking distance. The blue line can get you all over Bangkok easily.

The most negative thing i can think of is... the breakfast is a little lackluster. However, the fancy cappuccino machine offsets the pedestrian food on offer. But it's not bad at all, just unexciting.

The hotel offers easy access to key areas, including shopping malls and the hospital.

The receptionist was quite rude when reminding me about the check-out time. They called to inform me of the time with no flexibility, even after I mentioned I would be checking out around 12:30 p.m.

Front staff esp night, Just to give our key from drawer made us wait till other customers were handled..very slow response n cant understand english, no holder and no proper ventilation in bathroom.

Located very close to Bang Phai MRT station, making commuting very convenient. Breakfast was excellent, and the room was comfortable. The hotel also has a small restaurant which has very reasonably priced food. Highly recommended!

The shower has no curtain so the entire toilet may get wet, but it was not a big issue for me.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean accommodation and at a safe location with amenities like 7-11 nearby. Food options available as well.I needed to extend my stay for a couple of hours as I had an evening flight and it was done without any hassle for some extra charge.

The hotel is conveniently located right by the main road, which is great for easy access and transportation. The room was a bit dated, but considering the affordable price, it was still a good deal.

However, there is some noise from the traffic outside, which might be bothersome for light sleepers. Additionally, the bathroom doesn’t have a separate wet and dry zone, which could be inconvenient. Overall, though, it’s a good value for the price.
