Clean, classy, great gym and pool and staff were amazing

It’s not close to any of the public transit and the traffic around the hotel during peak times was rough. Going to the airport I waited over 30 minutes for a grab to arrive

Price, location and just a great hotel.

This so very minor but why does the movie channel always lose signal? Really annoying. But minor issue.

I loved it that the hotel had a spa here that was open 10am-midnight and I loved room service and the 24-hour front desk for help. I had a massage or a facial every day we stayed there. The jacuzzi and steam room was also lovely.

Really great quality, good quality service (some ant issues but was fixed quickly).

It does take 15 minutes to get to the train, on a hot day it's a bit tough but they have regular tuk tuks there.

Japanese toilet, excellent spacious room, great pool/gym/sauna

A bit far from tourist areas but lots of good stuff to do around the hotel

Room size is fine.

Location is not good. The hotel is a long walk from the station. You always have to be on time for the tuk-tuk schedule and the driver will ignore pass by.

It was in perfect location and room was beautiful. I left for airport and when I arrived at airport I realized I forgot my passport in my room. They found it immediately and got it to my driver!

Not that I can think of!

There is always excellent service, & breakfast. The Rooms are very nice and very clean.

The pool could be bigger.

The concierge went above and beyond to correct a miscommunication issue regarding an excursion. He arranged a free shuttle for my group as a courtesy. He was awesome I can’t remember his name . They even assist with taking the notorious selfies ?10/10

Location was far from attractions

Friendly staff who were very kind and helpful. The room was fantastic with a great view over the city. When you walk in you can feel that the hotel is a high standard hotel, and that was reflected in the room and handling of the check in to check out process. The gym was awesome, a little limited on equipment if you get too many people on there but for most hotel gyms it was great. The pool was nice too. The onsen and massage room downstairs was nice as well, only used it once but I spent a couple hours in there and felt great afterwards.

No real issues, everything was great.

Nothing to mention Only Just a note about the air conditioning in breakfast area was too cold.

The hotel is very good looking and organized very professionally.

No possibility of opening windows, air is recirculated and the smell is the room becomes very stuffy. Less than average food at their restaurant.

The rooms were very spacious and modern. Very clean, the location was excellent, and the breakfast was varied, complete, and delicious.

I didn't like that we went to spend New Year's Eve and had no plans for that night since all the rooftop bars were completely booked. We were at least hoping to go to our hotel's pool and sit there to wait for the new year, but when we asked, they had already closed it at 10 pm. The hotel didn't think at all about accommodating its guests celebrating that date by organizing a small event or anything else they could think of, paid for by us guests. The least they could have done was leave the pool open that day until midnight.

I had a corner deluxe room which was impressive. Windows on every side!

An impeccably clean room with a nice city view. Breakfast is delicious. The hotel is equipped with a full gym, a recreational swimming pool, and a sauna.

The location is OK. facing a big and noisy street.

Clean, accommodating and very good overall. Location also decent close to transport network and multiple restaurants.

Nothing to complain about really. Everything are clean & kept in good condition.
