Location not too far from BTS station

bathroom amenities e.g. shower gel, body wash etc very low quality and TV no connect so you cannot watch anything.

The location was great. Near my embassy. Plenty of nice bars and restaurants. And the property offered free parking on site!

It was a comfortable hotel, quick easy check-in and check-out, located about 5 minutes walk from the US embassy which is what we needed, and 5 minutes from the BTS.

The light in the room brighter

The location is not far from BTS station.There's convenience store nearby.

I did make a request for a quiet room but the room I got was on the 3rd floor near elevator and facing the street which's very noisy. And when i went down talked to her she said I can't change the room since the rest room's already used (I peed). I had to go out to find earplugs and even I used them I still had difficulty to get sleep.The worst thing that's really unacceptable is the filthy shower head. The overall of the room in not clean but the shower head is gross. As you see in the picture it's very disgusting. I had to clean it by myself before using it . It made me really sick. The room isn't like what's advertised.

I haven't taken the breakfast so I could not provide the feedback on this

The smell in the kitchen especially from the wash basin in the kitchen area is not good. it should be deep clean after each guest check out.

The location was excellent. It is walking distance to the BTS. It is not crowded and congested.

Hot water mixer in shower did not work properly. AC regulator not working properly. But good value for money and I had no major issue.

Great location, very convenient for sightseeing.The room was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay of one or two nights.

Nothing in particular for a short stay.If I had to mention something, the shower drainage could be slow.

The staff were friendly and the room was adequate size. Getting a taxi and grab it was also easy.

There was no safe in the room and there are no blackout curtains. The car park is adequate but very tight to manoeuvre.

Located in quiet area, staff was very nice and housekeeping.

Only the bed was not comfortable

Great Staff, clean place, great location. Pricy, but most places are in Bangkok. Only problem with the facility is that the hot water was pulsating and switching to cold every 30 seconds (and I’ve stayed in multiple rooms). Otherwise good.

The location was just a stone's throw from the US Embassy and nearby restaurants. The bed was comfy, too.

The room has a nasty smell coming from the air conditioner. We were not able to sleep on the first night, so we informed the front desk and they fixed the problem.

I like the family suite.

There water flies inside the room. Also, the shower leaked every time we showered and it made it wait.

Location

This check in we found a used soap in restroom and can feel some smell in room is not usually as we'd stay. A bit disappoint on this time.

Location was good

Bathroom had a strange smell, kitchen was dirty and had few items so doesn't makes sense to even have a kitchen if we have to bring plates, forks etc with us. There's other good places around that area for the same price.

Good location and staff are friendly

Kitchen was not equipped with anything.. not even utensils. We cancelled after one day.. the room was somewhat clean, but our room was right next to the elevator and the door of the room is NOT soundproof

We kept our expectations low, considering the property was nestled next to higher-end counterparts like The Conrad and The Quarter. But the place was spotless and our room spacious and very comfortable. All staff were great. Next door, All Seasons Place had a 7-11, grocery, pharmacy, Dean and Deluca, White Story, couple of restaurants, ATMs and money changers. It also has a shuttle to Phloen Chit station!

The kitchenette only has 2 tea cups and saucers, 2 teaspoons, 2 water glasses. It would be nice to have a set of plates and utensils.

Staffs were not helpful or friendly. WiFi was not good ! Linens and towels were old. The sheets smelled like not well washed

The location is epicenter of everything - Chatuchak, near Pratunam / Platinum, Iconsiam, Pattaya, Ancient City & Erawan museum. There's also a nearby 7/11 store and the neighborhood is quiet and calm. The space of the rooms are biiiiiiig and it was very generous. We booked family rooms, 2 beds room and the space is amazing.

The room wasn't as clean and as new, but it's okay.
