The hotel was located conveniently on Ekammai near the BTS station.

We got a room where we couldn't sleep because of a very strong smell, especially at night.Then we asked to switch to another room, the staff was very nice and accepted our request.In the second room the window handle in the bathroom was missing and we couldn't close it, which meant we could hear all the noise from the street and the nightclub.On top of that, the air conditioning was making an enormous noise.We didn't sleep and were very stressed during our stay in this hotel.

The hotel was welcoming and had lots of little perks (free snacks, work space, happy hour...even music on Saturday) in the common areas. Room had all you need. Location is quite excellent--near all kinds of things and a 10-15 minute walk from the metro.

The walls are rather thin, but this never affected my time there. Be sure to lock the door on your own. Closing it doesn't automatically lock it.

The staff were excellent — very friendly and helpful.•The main bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well.•Great location: very convenient, with Big C just across the street. Starbucks 24h•In the evening, there’s a delicious noodle (ramen) place nearby.•Plenty of shops around, including some with ? products, which was a nice bonus.

•We requested an extra bed for my mom for one night (500 THB). Unfortunately, it was more like a folding bed and it sank badly in the middle, so it wasn’t comfortable to sleep on.That said, this is not the hotel’s main option — the regular bed was excellent.•In the shower, one of the toiletry bottles was empty, and the other contained a strange watery liquid that didn’t seem like shampoo at all.

Bathroom always hot

Very central hotel with lots of shops, restaurants and a big supermarket just steps away

We arrived with a ten-month-old baby. We were placed in room 214, whose window is shared with the smoking balcony. In addition, there is no soundproofing at all, and it felt like we were sleeping right on the street. Avoid this room at all costs.

Location is spot on. Clean and Spacious room with decent balcony.

Nice location, 10 min walk to BTS Ekkamai, lots of restaurants around and also a BIG C supermarket next door. Room is a bit dark and rather small, but sufficient. The hote offers a complimentary grab&go breakfast with simple sandwiches, tea, coffee.

ofcourse i will always come bk! this is my new bangkok hotel (always) .....the price for the quality is undereated! and yok as always the best employee ... i started feeling we are more like family! she have a great soul and she remembered me ! since this is my 3rd time staying same hotel! she is polite and helpful.not to forget yoi have starbucks , big C and many shops around you!

Baby cot was not available despite getting a confirmation by email. However, staff solved this very efficiently right away.

The place seems quite dated. Needs a refresh. The corridors are quite gloomy and gives out a hostel vibe. Water pressure was quite low. AC takes a while to cool down.

Super friendly staff, good location only 5 min walk from BTS station, clean room. Lovely little touches like free snacks in the morning or drinks in the afternoon.

The staff were very responsive to our inquiries even before we got to the hotel; it's always a pleasure to be communicated with proactively. When we get to the property as well, they were more than welcoming and attentive to our needs. I also appreciate especially how spacious the bedroom and the bathroom is. For a "budget hotel", this property didn't shy away in really allowing its guests the privilege of space.
