I stayed at The Promenade just over a week previous to this stay and gave a glowing review on the facility due to the location, the cleanliness, comfortable bed in the large rooms, nice rooftop pool and most importantly, the wonderful staff! When I pass through Bangkok to travel to other locations, The Prominade will always be my go-to hotel. It’s a great place to stay!

Great location very close to action but minus the noise. Several restaurants around the building. Bed was very comfy and had a nice view of Bangkok skyline. Staff are very polite and helpful.

It's nearby a conatruction site, so a bit noise in the morning (after 7-8am),The pool is nit heated, was to cold to enter :(
In no show to the hotel, they deducted 2 days penalty instead of one although i had informed them before a day of check inI was keep calling them and they said one day amount is guaranteed and you will get and its been two months i haven’t received it yet

I wasn’t looking for a new shiny hotel. Clean, comfortable and friendly staff was most important. I found the bed exceptional. Housekeeping, front desk personnel and all staff were excellent. I stayed here two weeks and it was great.
I think a microwave oven should be standard in 2025. The tv satellite reception was quite sketchy. For me these were not big deals.
Other than the noise due to the construction work it was a great stay
It was noisy during the last week of my stay as they were clearing the lot adjacent to the property, the noise from the excavators running were loud
