English speaking recipient. Nice pool. Big room with a dining room. Taxi service. Not too far from shopping.

The staff was very helpful, particularly with our large amount of luggage and special issues. The rooms were good sized and it was very quiet. Also very clean and affordable.

It seems like the hotel was particularly difficult for the taxi drivers to find. If I wasn't travelling with a Thai person using GPS I'm not sure how we would have made it there. I'm not sure if this is the hotel or the taxi drivers.

It was a good stay in overall, room was clean, location was ok.I liked the fitness room, the machines were loud so I didnt use them, but yoga mats were nice

Property photos look better than the actual facility, so you go with high expectations and this creates some disappointment.The air wasnt so fresh inside the room and the facility, better ventilation would be good.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bath tub was very nice addition.

The rooms felt very dated. I felt like it was worn out, and the pictures looked a lot nicer. The location was also a little far out.

Rooms are a little dated, still comfortable. staff very helpful. Easy checkin and checkout. Overall very good experience.

Having option to have breakfast on-site was helpful. Replacement of towels was helpful. Initially we were given 2 separate rooms ... staff willing to place us into a family unit as we had a child. Minimal communication with staff overall. Access to supermarket and Central Mall was handy (within 10 mins walking distance)

TV - only acces to local TV ...no access to Netflix etc. Shower areas need some work ... broken down tiles. No knives in room, no toaster, no actual cooking facilities except for a rice cooker and microwave. Pool was cold.

20 minutes out of the city. Didn’t have any traffic to or from the hotel. Very good value for money. I will be staying here the next time I’m in Bangkok

Everything was perfect

Ths glass walled tub, the huuuge bed,the quietness, and the completeness of the room facilities

Just a very minor thing of entry to hotel. But it's comoensated by the huge room really

Breakfast was nice. Chef friendly.

Advertised balconies but they are blocked off and cannot be used. They threaten 5000thb fine if you smoke on the balcony (that you cannot access)

The location. it's far from everything

The rooms were spacious, fairly clean and well maintained. Good security in the property. Kitchenette feature was very useful.

Location was a bit secluded from the city. Bath tub overflow drainage doesn't work. TV had only 1 channel. The AC unit right above the bed was a bit of an inconvenience as it gets too cold during the night.

The bed and comfort was not cleaned properly and hence too much of itching

Hotel is good value for money, they can provide breakfast for the price they quote

the hotel has a very convenient location, it was close to all the places I needed, I could either walk or take a taxi and it was inexpensive

The air conditioner was very noisy and on the second day they didn’t bring me water to my room, etc., I put a do not disturb sign, but in other hotels they always bring water to my door, etc.

The place is safe. The room is nice. The staff is helpful

In the pictures the apartment looks clean but unfortunately everything is unsanitary when we arrived. We found hair and dirt in the bathroom. The safe doesn’t work. The guard or bellboy was supposed to help with our luggages but he dodged so he didn’t have to

This residency offers great value for money, the apartments themselves are very comfortable.

Very poor wifi that practically didn’t work (if you need to work, better rely on your mobile hotspot) and a very shallow pool that barely goes up to your shorts

Spacious room. Tea/Coffee facility available 24/7.Adequate cleanliness.

Staff behaviour at reception could better and helpful.Specifically the manager.

Comfy bed, good shower, great aircon, free parking, good choice of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance

Totally different than the fotos and quality

This place of this room is located in a building from outside gate to car parking to elevator to second floor for the recipient One person at the recipient every duty Afte you sign to your stay in paper than they request 500 baht for nothing And I request one key card and he informed me if you lose the car they will take the 500 baht the deposit Room OK ,, theBalacony door is locked If want to smoke you go to garage One security guy ( maybe if you request something to the the security guy will bring itThe bathroom is not clean No safety handle for bath shower Dirty floor and shower box I left the place after one night from 4 nights for 450 $ usd they took the money
