This isn't my first time staying at this hotel, I like the location and the large suit with a balcony

Room size, clean, great people working. I got very good advice on tourist actions.

Luggage table needed. I don't like my suitcase on floor...so I moved furniture around. Just a personal preference....all was very good.

Location in a quiet street, very spacious rooms and friendly staff

Interior is a bit old and the gym is very small but there is a good gym 5 minutes walk away

My shower went from very hot to cold and back to hot then cold. The room could have been cleaned a bit better before my arrival. No towels when I arrived. Maybe a check list for maids would be a good idea. Forgot to replace my water.

They prepared Family section for us. We were pleased to have proper privacy. That is why I give them full rate

There is a problem in the electronic door of the room 508 as well as the door bell. Needs a maintenance

Large rooms, decent location and very helpful staff.

A little tired, no USB ports in room and no tea/coffee provisions in room, but very minor issues.

Nice location, very friendly staff and big spacious room. We used the pool a lot and really enjoyed it. Nice gym aswell.

Bed very comfortable and big , location 3 minutes by walk from Sukhumvit road, 3 minutes from Termina 21 where there is everything , food , shopping money exchange , gym room.laundry machine on the balcony and second balcony with small table.

the pictures are very nice in booking.com, probably of many years ago but the apartment I got was a bit ald.It Need renowal for to be competitive in the market. Old bathroom , old kitchen.Anyway I slept well.I got not smoking room , but the corridor was terrible bad small of smoking.

Great location and the staff is really friendly.

The bed is really not comfortable it’s too hard and pillows too flat. My wife slept on the couch as she couldn’t sleep at all.

The staff were very nice. The swimming pool is 1.10 meters which is good for kids. It's a pet friendly place. Spacious unit. Has warm water in the sink. Complete amenities. Good breakfast with lots of choices. They respect privacy.

Location was great and the room itself was huge.

Lost power for an hour on a 1 day stay. The shower had no hot water. 8th
