Bed was very small not enough for 2 persons. Even after booking the non smoking room, someone from the lower level room kept on smoking in bathroom due to this our room and bathroom was stinking with cigarette stench because of shared bathroom vents.

Location is perfect. If you are traveling to bangkok for shopping, hotel location is perfect because pratunam market and indra square is walking distance. Have so many dining options. A 7-11 is next to the hotel. The road might get crowded and traffic in busy hours. Hotel had late check out options and airport taxi services. Airport taxi was very punctual and the driver was very friendly. Late check out charge was reasonable. Briefly hotel is worthy for the money paid.

the concierge at night is rather rude, He refuses to turn on the light for us at the dining area and gave us a very inappropriate attitude and raises his voice on just because we asked for the lights to be turned on. Unaccommodating and Unfriendly.
