Adelphi Forty-Nine Hotel

Room was terrific. Small balcony. Bathtub. Washer/ Dryer, drying rack, safe, storage space, couch, eating area, work area. Pool. Free lift to Thong Lo BTS. Restaurant in building. Staff excellent. Special thanks to hotel employee for great service.

Our room was at front of building, and surprisingly you could hear traffic and street noises quite a bit. Not a big deal, but I recommend asking for a room closer to rear of building.

Great room and washing machine was a big plus. Very nice japanese toilet, comfortable bed, and good balcony. Also free breakflast included in the restaurant downstairs was very good.

Clean, modern, wonderful amenities and beautiful. Very helpful staff and the welcome drink and cool towel are a nice touch. I would not hesitate to stay with them again. They even packed us an early morning to go breakfast for our early flight. Impeccable

Bed is not comfortable and no restaurant and no room service

My husband and I stayed at Adelphi Forty-Nine for 3 nights. We loved the location, off Sukhumvit Road, with tons of local restaurants, bars and massage parlours within 3-5 minutes walking distance. The rooftop pool was welcome after walking around in the area. It would have been nice to have a small bar on the rooftop, but it wasn’t a big deal. Our room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The staff throughout the hotel were always smiling and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at Adelphi Forty-Nine and thought it offered good value, especially in high season.

Good location, clean, friendly staff

The room is modern, clean, attractive, with a good and efficient layout and plenty of storage. The staff is the best, special shoutouts to Nong Bai Toey, Khun Joe and Khun Pat for their smiling greetings every day.

Sometimes the exhaust from a neighbour's kitchen seemed to go directly into my room, though fortunately it was just occasional and didn't last long.

Really enjoyed the stay. The room was well appointed, comfortable and had a view. Staff were professional and friendly. Will return.

Junior was more than I needed and better than I expected. Very happy I booked the suite. The entire space was comfortable. Great bathroom including a real rain shower. The place was top level clean and sanitary And the rooftop pool was the best,.

Location is pretty good and I liked interior and room . I like the design.

Complimentary Airport Pick-up service.Good eco-friendly incentives - for every day we don't require making up the room, they would reward with a complimentary cup of drink.The location is a good five-minute walk (two-minute by car) to the nearest train (BTS) station, Thong Lo.Room had a washing machine which I could wash & dry my clothes without leaving my room.

My room was facing someone else's backyard. Would have preferred the side facing away from someone's house.Room service menu was only accessible by using the Line app, which I didn't have, so I had to go down to the restaurant to order - and then have them delivered to the room.The washing machine seemed to be leaking. Everytime I washed my clothes, I'd have to dry up the floor with the floor towel from the towel.But minor inconveniences aside, I think it was a pretty decent stay. The experience was more like a mini service apartment than a suite.

Room very spacious and comfortable with sitting area and dining table as separate areas. Sufficiently stocked for kitchen that allows for convenient dining back.in the room. Staff from all areas are very friendly and helpful

The staff were so kind and helpful. We had an issue with the fridge, within 3 min they brought and replaced it with a new one. The room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing!! Plenty of great restaurants around the hotel. We loved our stay there!

The only thing is that it’s a good 8-9 min walk to the BTS, which is fine and doable, but since it’s so hot in Bangkok, every meter was felt.

Super clean and comfortable to stay in. the service was super friendly too and I loved the pool.

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted so warmly by the staff. It was the beginning of Songkran and we were invited to the staff rooftop party, my daughter had the best time!
